Definitely not any of Toey's past romcoms because I honestly the writing for romcom lakorn at CH3 pretty much peaked at Matalada. But if you want a low stake romcom lakorn, I'd recommend My Love From The Countryside.

Not as romantic as Matalada I'd say. There's two other couples so I feel like the lakorn spends much time trying to develop the other side relationships at the expense of the main relationship. There's probably like 2-3 eps worth of just leads romantic moments, which personally for me isn't enough for a series that's 18 eps long

I finished it recently and I love it. Phu was a gentleman ML through and through even if he kinda started off as a coward who couldn't stand up to his family. But I'm more regretful that they wrote FL into someone who's constantly running from her problems and at a point it feels like only ML is trying to save their relationship.

So spoilers: Pang finally accepted Phu's feelings for her around EP 9-11 when her grandmother got into an accident and Phu makes extra effort to take care of her family. He gradually retrieves his memories of him as Tong aka Pang's "brother". Shortly after, business issues are caused by Narin and Phu lost his job so he goes to work and live with Pang and Grandma. They still have feelings for each other but since they're "siblings" now, they stepped back from their romantic relationship. Grandma died before she could tell them that they're not blood related bc Pang is actually the daughter of Rita's mom and her ex-husband so she was abandoned at birth and Grandma raised Pang for Rita's mom. Eventually, Phu unlocks the memory that Pang isn't his blood-related sister and they reunites.

literally the only good thing out of this series was non and kate. this slow burn was worth it ughhhhh

Baabin sent the screenshot to Chian after Fourmod told Baabin that he has decided not to confess. From my understanding, I think Baabin knows that Fourmod feels dejected since Fourmod knows Chian would turn him dowm even if they just had a very lovey dovey nail session.

Baabin witnesssing how happy Fourmod/Chian are doing their nails, thought that he should be a good friend and matchmake them so Fourmod wouldn't be sad anymore. So he sends Chian the screenshot to push Chian to make the moves on Fourmod so they would be together. You have to note that before all this happened, Fourmod was kinda not contacting Chian, he was going around with Baabin (which Chian saw). So Chian might not have thought that Fourmod actually has real interest in him, Baabin sent the screenshot and Chian knew he can make a move on Fourmod since Fourmod is 100% into him.

Baabin chose to do it. Baabin took the initiative to stalk down Chian's Line contact by changing his Line display picture into a picture of Chian's teacher and the display name, got accepted into Chian's class groupchat, through which he was able to get Chian's contact, changed back his display picture/name and added Chian on Line. He was going to sent a message telling Chian to back off but then he unsent.

And after the concert, Baabin himself sent Chian the screenshots of him and Fourmod talking to each other about how down bad Fourmod is about Chian.
