There is no need for a source, you need to use your brain. There are no separate powers in state, in China, so if CCP control police, there is litteraly no one that would investigate. THe police will not go against their dictator and the CCP.

Imposible... as there is no investigation. That narative is fake, China moved 0 fingers in investigation, so those fake news about investigations are not true.
There is no freedom in China, if the actor was killed the CCP ordered the police to say he fell because he drank too much. And that was the extent the police worked on the "case". Anything else is a story invented by others. But the leaks were not all fake!! That was alredy confirmed by people that payed companies to confirm if it's AI or not. And the videos in which he is crying and speacking were confirmed to be his voice and not AI generated.
But still... China is communist, they have adictator and the police or anyone else will never go against the CCP.
The truth will come out only when the CCP fall in China...

People don't believe in fake evidence, they know he was killed and they want justice for him. People were involved, who? We don't know... but this mess is on CCP, the people that neede this cover up and the lack of freedom of speach, freedom or press and so on. Obviouslt that people are angry.
Also the videos of the actor screaming are true, it was confirmed that it was not AI generated, which make people more angry with the Chinese system.

It does not matter what China declairs, or what offical statements the police puts out. Because they are not trust worthy, there is no free press/ free speach/ free news... in China so everything is basicly ordered by the CCP. If they have something to cover up, and they have, all official statements are lies.
Also people attacking others, it's also because of the CCP, I mean people are disparate to find the truth so because there is such a cover up people go for every little clue. They created this mess, because clearly the actor was offed and did not fall accidentaly.

Which one the one where he is dragged non the floor? That video is a CCTV video from a excape room/horror house, it's not a the actor.
The ones where he speacks were confirmed to be actualy him and not AI.

WE don't know, there is no proof that she was not involved... and in this case geting any tipe of proof it's almost imposible.
Because there is no free speach and free media.
The only thing we know is that the actor was murdered.
And if anyone was involved evritying was coverd up.
It sucks that we need "official confirmations" from oficials... whne all of them are corupt and under the CCP.
No news from official channels in China are trustworthy.

The voice ones were confirmed to be his voice and no AI.
The one with a guy dragged on the floor it's a video from a Chinese excaperoom/horror house.
But there was no confirmation ever of AI videos.

We don't know if it's fake or real... your statement is not more of a fact than the other's.
The reality is that, nothing can be investigated because CCP.
But then 1 thing is 100% fact, the actor did not fall because he was drunk. Anything they said is laughable, no one has to be a detective to know it's a lie. It is clear that even the police is delulu thinking people are as clueless and with no info as people in China, and that their inventions/declarations would be believeble.
Even a 5 years old would laugh in their face saying it does not make sense.

And as I said, writing letters and sending pictures is not a crime, and he did not say they did not know each other; they actually worked in the same place, and they did not have anything romantic in the beginning.

But he will not lose, because until now he had small wins, like things are looking in his favor.
Plus his name was already damaged, because people already treated him as if he is guilty.
He was not treated as "Innocent until proven guilty" he was "guilty until proven innocent" and even if proven innocent people already say they don't believe it because they think he has such power that he can buy his innocence... He kind of can't win the people completely.
It will take time for people to shut up on the internet.
But I do hope after he wins this case, that he will go after a few people on the internet, because the rules in Korea became stricter, people that lie , spread bad information, and bully like this without any proof can actually do prison time in Korea... so it's worse than a fine.
There where a few celebrities that fought back and made sure those people went to prison.
He should do the same, so it will become an example. Make people think twice before they wish death and horrible things to others, as the commenters did to him, his family and his supporters.
People on the internet just are not respectful or civilized with others that think differently, they just can't accept a difference of opinion.

He handled it the way he was advised to handle it. And it was the right choice because he did not make a scandal out of it, he tried to talk to them, they refused, and continued to make a circus, so he went the legal way. He literally did the right thing.
I said before he does not have to come out and give explanations about his private life, you can say he lied, but if you question him about that, you have to do the same to the other side, because they lied constantly and they were even proven by people.
They literally invented the text and the recording and lied about the pictures, even friends of KSR said KSH never treated her badly...
KSr had 2 other boyfriend and a husband after, yet he is to take responsibility for her emotional baggage?
I think his actions were more consistent and respectful while the family constantly dragged KSR's name, lied and acted cheap.
And from their actions this is the conclusion I got to... which seems right, because he opened a case against them and not the other way around.

It's can't be a fact, because if this is undisclosed, it just mean the press/media did not write about it because they did not have the info, not because it did not happen.
For now HSK had small win in court, which means everything he showed as proof had to be investigated and verified, by third parties.
They are not allowed to only take his word for it.

This I had to go on multiple countries reports. Esentialy in a case in front of a judge, when investifated , there must be witnesses and proof.

But the letter was sent before, from my understanding. She tried to get in contact with him, could not, then she posted the pic.
Aparently after that they got in contact settled things, even her new CEO coroborated this.
She said she talked to GM comany, and she was even told about a second letter that KSR was going to recieve, one with extra things added. One in which, she was also asked not to post things thing online, apart for the money issue and repayment.
But the family said KSR was never notified about the second letter, and she interpreted negativly.
So clearly there is something srange here, because her CEO said they did notify her that KSR would get a new letter. Maybe the CEO never told KSR about it.
The idea is that since this was a legal situation, with contracts and about money, there was a protocol involved.
The company made official steps through their layers, and forbade KSH and other artist from the company to answer on this subject to KSR.

KSH said his phon was taken, he also said that the last time they actually spoke through text things were ok.

There is a saying, if you are acused of something and you are not inocent call a layer, if you are inocent call 2. He aproached this formaly from start to end, and he did what he was advised most likly.

It's true that during her lifetime, she tried to take her life multiple times and failed, but that is not on him. She had a crazy hard life from the beggining, even more she had friends, she had an ex husband, she was supposed to have a family, how come the close ones the ones she was apparently on good terms did not manage to help her?

Why is it that this one situation, that tons of people go through (many people owe mony, to the bank for example, with clear rules and contracts), why would this push her over? Why then?
Because she knew she owed the money and she actually even took up normal jobs to work twords paying back.
Also she got a jop in theater through her new CEO, she would have been payed, but she steped out of the project, why?
She was not in the worse situation, she managed to be picked up by a new company, and she had a job offer she accepted, so why step back?

I understand you would have liked him to say they dated in the past, but it would not have made sense. Because KSR never actually said anything about them dating, the commenters started asking if they did, and started attacking her.
He did not want to confirm the public's suspitions. KSR never said they dated and he never said they dated.

The family came out to say that they dated after her death. She wrote nothing about him in he long letter of goodbye. She mentioned no relationship.

So why would KSH have to speack about his private life, when even between them that was not an issuue?
The reality is that he does not have to. And if he would have said yes we dated in the past, the crazy obsesive fans would have still went for her and him. They would have been attacked anyways.
Plus KSR has spoken about this before, but she was bullied since young because people envied her.
Even before the DUI, people were alredy saying random dumb bad things about her.
THen after the DUI, they started saying she drinks too much, she spends too much money and she gambles.

And I can write a few names here of atresses that are constantly being picked on and for some reason people keep attacking. Don't know why.

I did read the "findings were coroborated"... But where?
Anyways I will look more into it. But still the idea was that I am sure that in a nomar trial, there are alwasys witnises and proof presented.
I can't imagine the press having to confirm that, it would be obvious because that is the normal procedure.
But I did read about Garosero as well, so maybe I fted up and automaticly put them in the same thing...
I read that 50% of Garoser institute was bought... by Eun Hyeon-jang, and now the content is diffrent.
But it was a longer article writing about the situation of the case as well...
The idea is that if one if found guilty it's more likly that the other will be as well...

So:

The “family present” meeting was not filmed or leaked; it’s only known from the agency’s statement.
The cooking video that circulates online and other videos are not the same moment.

This is what I found and why I was confused. Because I was remembering the news about her apartment and the videos there but I never saw videos at his place. So it might be that some articles presented them by mixing the information up.

The videos had nothing to do with his place, those were separat time lines and situations.

I know that it was said that her family was around certain times, I mean they said so themselves, no at the house but at the apartments (but a specific apartment).
Because I know Garosero went to a place, and filmed the elevator and KSH's agency said he was never there at that specific place Garosero showed.

So scandal autlets could be trying to missinform peolple, or mix the information, to say something diffrent that it actually was.

AllKPop: They mention that the video (allegedly from June 20, 2018) was released by Garo Sero, but they don’t clearly state in that article whether it was her apartment or his house.

Times of India: Says the footage “shows the duo sharing a private moment at Sae-Ron’s home.”

The Telegraph (Entertainment section): “A purported video … at what appears to be the living room of a house” (no explicit naming of whose house)

So I only find info on the place being hers (the apartment), which would make 0 sense for his parent to sleep ther and be there.

This is the video with the cooking and alcohol we are talking about, right?

Koreaboo published an article titled “A New Video Of Kim Soo Hyun And Kim Sae Ron Allegedly At Her House Gets Revealed”, saying the video’s background is “recognizable as Kim Sae Ron’s apartment.”
So how could his parent spend the night at her papartment, it could have been only her parents. The video with her cooking... Which would make sense because he said he was never at her house, but the parent said that they know they were spending time together and they were there many times. So, it could be at the apartment and not at the house.
It’s also reported that Garo Sero (the YouTube channel / media outlet involved) claims the footage was at her place.
At this poin maybe there were articles that make a mistake in translatino?
But the back groud did look like her apartment, not his house.
