I like the drama very much (I am on episode 18), but I am preparing for another bad ending in Chinese dramaland. What is it about drama writers and throwing everything but a kitchen sink at their main character? What else should he suffer - a plague?!!

I am watching this for the first time, I am on episode 27, and I am curious: Do we ever learn who killed the previous Empress and betrayed Guihong? I can't stand the Emperor and Guihong is on the thin ice. :D

I meant no new episodes after the end of the drama. :)

I was futile to wait for the new episodes today. There aren't any. I hope C-fans are loud enough and their waves big enough to make season 2 happen.

In the meantime, I will start with Prisoner of Beauty and hope for the best.
