Back then, Scarlet heart ryeo was supposed to get a season 2, but they didn't milk it, they knew the Chinese version season 2 did not do well, so they stopped.

2016... Netflix was not involved at all, so why did so many good dramas come out during that year. If anything the quality is declining over time. Ive watched dramas since 2005? I think or 2006 even, and those dramas were sooo good compared to now. The quality is really declining and It correlates to when netflix started getting involved.
It is not a Netflix show. It’s an ENA show distributed internationally by Netflix like loads of other jdramas.…
And 2nd seasons back then actually had value. The ones now just really suck. I dont mind a second season if a show is done well, this one turned out to be weak in the end
I love how it was done. I personally don’t feel any weak episodes at all. Very enjoyable to watch from 1st to…
They don’t have to force them together, but if they’re going to make a second season, because the CEO of Hanbada said “I let you of easy this time”, I feel like they don’t have much to go off.
And yeah I respect your opinion, atleast someone enjoyed 15 😐
It’s kind of obvious they were going to end it differently, but they saw potential in making money, so they will make an entire season just for the mother daughter relationship.
I think Netflix is ruining what we watch Kdramas for, they started with painting western values into Kdramas then continued with adding multiple seasons where not needed. Dramas used to be so good and lots of things used to happen without multiple seasons. I truly think Netflix is ruining the Kdrama industry, and the kdrama industry is letting it happen in the name of money.
When people stop watching Kdramas and shift to something else, the Kdrama industry will be hurt from it, and Netflix will just keep moving along like any other corporation if they’re not making money from it.
This drama could have really ended in just one season. But they wanted to make money.
Furthermore, because of seasons, I feel like Kdramas are becoming weak plot wise, lack of character development and lots of fillers, they are losing quality.
Im glad I started watching back in 2015 before Netflix got there.
They should have cut episode 15 and put the mother relationship stuff instead as the ending, why are we doing multiple seasons when the second half of the show was weak 😭😭
Nearly every part of this drama was enjoyable, hence I even bothered placing a comment on this page, about how disappointed I am.
Honestly, they can make a second season. But at what cost?
And it’s okay to accept not everyone liked some episodes because they weren’t interested. For me it was just 1 episode.
