I honestly thought their relationship is cute too in the webtoon and I don't think she is even that ugly barefaced, more like her vision of her image is distorted since the bullying, I think she thinks she is even more ugly because she keeps herself untidy, that's all. I was totally hoping they would stay a couple in the webtoon but when things had started to be uncertain and she had literally -10 character development I was out of it. This is why I appreciate the clarity of this drama despite the misleading previews that possibly click-baited many SJ fans

I normally don't comment when other people comment on acting skills but I agree that honestly MGY has got to be one of the best actresses of her age range

maybe they think a masterpiece is something like Reply 1988 or maybe they like series with more maturity and depth like My Mister or whatever else they have in mind which however is not Goblin for sure, so they are fine, trust me
