I’m more sad about this then anything. It really makes me question how Wabi Sabi treats their actors. The company doesn’t seem invested at all in creating a quality drama, which is a disservice to the actors. This makes me concerned about Between Us.

Barely, and mostly in the last episode. It was really disappointing.

I agree. From what I understand school hours can be long in Korea. The way the writers approached it was a little dramatic, but it’s a drama! Lol. I still enjoyed the show even if I did find people pitying the guy a little strange. But the parents were strange too.

That’s true too. I was surprised to find the kids running around alone at night after just being kidnapped! Lol. I’d have my child locked up at home forever after that. But it’s a drama, so I can’t take it too seriously.

It appears the next episode will probably address those important topics.

Idk, I have a child that age and if someone took my child’s school bus I’d lose my mind, I don’t care what the intentions are. I enjoyed the episode, but I didn’t necessarily agree with the idea very much.

None of it makes sense. I don’t understanding the writing for this series at all.

The writing for this show is so confusing. I feel like half the script was left out to make room for the ten minutes of recap, intro, and behind the scenes. The translations make it even worse. I feel like there’s been no development of a story and the show is almost over. I’ve read fanfics better then this script. The behind the scenes were better then the episode. Not to mention the sound effects are driving me nuts. Every pause and look is filled with some childish sound effect. There are too many characters and plots for a drama this length too.

I really wanted this to be better for Boun and Prem. Makes me so frustrated. I’ll finish it, but I’m disappointed.

So that’s what’s going on. I was never able to figure out how the dad thought this was going to work. That makes a little more sense, but I don’t get why it was never stated. The writing for this is really lacking.

I’m confused about half of it. It doesn’t help that I’m skipping some because of the unnecessary characters.

It takes her some time to learn. But she catches on quickly to palace life and is quite smart.

I didn’t see the scene either and I watched it on Viki. I remember seeing the scene in a preview, but it isn’t in the episode.

Where did you see all 36 were released?

I wanted to rate this higher. I loved the leads chemistry. But the choices of some people over the top drama, plus the 40 episode count was too much. I think this could have easily been 20 episodes and I would have liked it so much more.

Does anyone know if in the novel she is really pregnant? Or if there is a miscarriage. I don’t mind pregnancy tropes, but I hate it when they follow it up with a miscarriage.

I’m surprised the rating is so low. It was silly to be sure, but it was fun. I loved the characters and their chemistry. It was so refreshing that they worked together to get through issues. They were so caring and considerate of each other. Even the supporting characters were great. I wish the intimate scenes weren’t so silly, but it didn’t take away from how much I liked the drama.

Shanghai marriage honey was so good. I think it might be my favorite j drama. The chemistry was amazing.

I’ve considered that too. Just still hard to get passed. Considering how good the ML is, you would think he would take issue with it. One main reason is because those people killed were at a place the ML had some kind of connection to. He sent the FL lead there to get help. I’d also think he would have taken issue with the brother trying to kill the FL lead.

I suppose some can say he didn’t know, but I doubt that considering how he seems to know everything going on.

I know you’re right, it’s just still annoying me because it doesn’t seems like they are trying to portray him as a bad guy at all, when he doesn’t seem to be any better then the third brother.

As someone who is dear to the ML, I would hope to like him more. But he’s not even a villain I can like. The younger brother annoys me too, but I get the feeling that’s the intent. He just needs to throw all his brothers away.
