In regard to YOUKU and the ending: in a world of Suzhis, be a Yetan. I know we all want to throw YOUKU into Guizu.
I’m content with the ending. I love YTYQ & QKCH so much. All it matters is that I know that they will be together. To me, that’s definitely a happy ending.

I hope we get closure for all the side characters too. Their appearances were brief but impactful. Only a few have been toxic.

Shoutout for Qingheng & Ziwu. Along with Yetan & Qingkui, they are the best sibling pair. They loved YQ even though he was reserved & distant. They extended that unwavering love & loyalty to his consort, Yetan. They never hesitated to jump into & danger and help when needed. They may have been naive about their father but they didn’t hesitate to do the right thing when they saw his true character.
