For me, this show was better than the earlier ones about firemen. Even though it felt like a nationalistic campaign complete with the PSAs at the end of each episode, it had so much depth and development. It’s too bad that it was released after a slew of similar themed dramas.
I really enjoyed this drama for its focus on the lives of the firemen and their loved ones, the trials and tribulations that they go through. There were celebratory moments and some incredibly heart wrenchingly scenes including my interpretation of the end for the leads.
The romance was well done, the insights into the firemen’s lives and loves were profound and realistic and the fire safety tips were helpful. Overall, a well executed drama, especially the parallel stories between the FL’s father and the ML but it broke my heart in the end.
Everyone acted well, leads and supporting. Johnny Huang impressed me and I’m glad that he had a chance to make a comeback. Zhang Jing Yi is developing her presence as a lead actress.
Man’er is trying hard but she’s just not able to manage on her own. Great ideas but execution is poor. She should let others help her more. Luckily it’s only one episode separating our couple!
Worth watching! Especially if you are a fan of Pong. He just looked so good in every shot, from his hair, makeup to his clothes. Of course, Pong acted well as usual and his ML character was almost green flag except for a scene when he lost his temper.
Fern was ok, she looked gorgeous as usual but her acting disappointed me a little like it did in Hua Jai Sila. She was good in the crying scenes but other scenes, she felt a little flat and weak in delivery. She was good in the Love Proposal which is why I was expecting more.
The chemistry between the leads was good but I’ve seen each of them having even better chemistry with other actors.
The second couple is cute and fun. I’m liked watching their progression. The ML’s father was a great character too.
The villains were unimpressive but added enough drama for the story to move along. The nang rai felt unnecessary, causing trouble but fizzled away at the end.
Overall the story was good and engaging. Last episodes dragged a little since the FL had to do the whole noble idiocy trope. I get it, the character ultimately was a good person and had morals...but I rather have more sweet scenes of the main couple. However, the ending totally made up for it and I love the traditional rituals. Pong and Fern looked absolutely amazing in the main scene towards the end!!!
Ep 2 - lol...everyone's reaction during Karakade's labor scene. It's awesome that they brought almost all the original cast members, except Mali looks quite different.
Yes, she's sus but i wonder if it's a red herring. Although, bitter jealousy can make some of people turn to the…
It seemed that when HQ was questioning her about what happened with Hua Shen, HQ was also suspicious of her too. HRZ does not even notice her and the scenes flashing to her looking all unhappy makes me think that she is going to cause trouble for HQ, if she has not done so already.
Oooh, in ep 15 HQ is starting to notice that HRZ has grown up... No sight of my favorite ML this episode but ZYL is really going all out to be unreasonable.
BTW, anyone else think that the maid who's crushing on HRZ is incredibly suspicious? I think she is involved in MY's scheme against Hua Shen.
I'm sure you love them in Sunya Ruk Sunya Luang? Bcoz i do so. Thats why im waiting for this drama. But seeing…
Yes! I liked their pairing in that show! They were so good together. I’m stuck on ep 3 now but I will continue. I know sometimes shows take a few episodes to build things up but the FL is really too immature at this point
Interesting premise and ep 1 started off great. I’m going to stretch out the next two episodes since it airs so slowly. CEW just gets better looking each time
Episode 1 did not disappoint! I was so excited for the sequel, since Love Destiny was the first Lakorn I’ve ever watched and it’s still my favorite.
I love that they started by filling out the gap in the time skip towards the end of the first season. Pope and Bella still have the same amazing chemistry! I also like that they still color coordinate their outfits 😍

Really, this show deserves a higher rating!

Yeah it’s her makeup I guess, the way they did her eyes

The male casting in this season 🔥🔥🔥
