im not a huge fan of law themed dramas cus i find them extremely boring, but this was fun and enjoyable for me! tho my only complaint is that most of the cases were boring and i ended up skipping scenes from the court. i loved almost all the characters and its why i didn't drop this! tbh if i didnt enjoy the characters, i would have dropped this lol
the first half was pretty interesting but afterwards the drama between the gangsters got too boring for me :/ i ended up skipping a few scenes so i could finish it so yeah. also i feel like some scenes included too much blood that wasn't necessary lol? anyway
ok so i just finished watching this and i'm feeling quite confused because they never explained a lot regarding the time travel thing ;; Go Ha Jin supposedly fell into the water and woke up as Hae soo - but how come she never had any memories of Hae Soo? It's like Hae Soo in Goryeo never existed;; was it something like reincarnation instead? bc then Hae soo dies in Goryeo and then wakes up alive in the modern era again? it's kinda confusing to me tbh because for example, in Mr Queen which also includes modern to historical era- the two characters swap souls and bodies and still have each others memories, but here it is not the same and they dont explain a lot hmm ;/

i had dropped this drama a few months ago and tried to finish it again. i must admit that i finished it with a heavy heart. even tho i love lee seungi (and the other actors did great as well!), it felt like the plot was dragged way too much and the story was pretty boring. i think if this had around 12-16 eps instead, it would have been better :c
watching this for the second time, and i'd love to see a version of this k-drama without the body/soul swap thing lol. just soyong nd cheol jong, i feel like their relationship would be quite different :p

the most boring storylines (for me anyway) were Hansu - Eunhee (though their story in the past was quite interesting!), and Eunhee + Miran, i skipped a few of their scenes during their episodes lol, but other than that, i really enjoyed this drama and i will definitely miss all the characters and this setting <3 while watching, it makes you feel as you're part of their neighborhood too (same feeling as Reply 1988 and other slice of life dramas...) Also, i love how this drama has so many great actors?? like it's the first time i'm seeing a drama with so many actors that i know already
dropped this because i really dislike the FL (and the actress lmao) and also i feel like the main pairing dont have chemistry together?? idk it's just mehh for me. though i do like the concept of single parents, this was just disappointing
i've watched 3 eps so far but i don't think i can watch anymore lol...i guess older dramas are just not for me (the only 'older' ones i've seen that i kinda enjoyed were full house and coffee prince) :p i just find the story pretty ridiculous and the characters (especially the ML) annoying oof
i really enjoyed watching this so i don't know why people are being so negative - the casting/acting was great though i do think the drama would be even better if it had more tension/action/suspense scenes like the one on episode 5 for example (i found the car chasing scene fun)! so i'm giving it an 8! i'm excited for the new episodes to come out ;; hopefully soon? ;p

still thinking what a great pairing Lady Aesin and Dongmae would make TT wish they gave us more scenes with this pairing (though i do like aesin with all three!)
