Basically his company Baoxing and Jiangyang aiming for Aneda, as Baoxing has 51% shares in TG, the Baoxing can anytime merge TG with Aneda. Aneda is big company and TG has starting to make profits, instead of making it independent, the company might aim to merge it under Aneda. Which ML knew and never told FL, as TG hope for becoming a competitor was none. And now TG has become Aneda competitor but still evolving, Baoxing can easily merge TG with Aneda, as they bet on bigger and established company.

First 10 episode set the things in motions, but i don't know what happened, I started to feel that there is no cohesive path of story.

I don't want to complain but seriously they steal the scene of KH meeting MK.
I know they did something to run from the father and can't reveal their identities... and the lake has started to tell the secret buried under her....
but man...she just want to know where KH is, can't you tell her? I mean she is one of the strongest character I have seen in K drama land, she without a doubt would not a say word, she is smart, knows her way and use her kindness wisely...
It is very unfair that he is not telling her, I mean how is controlling himself is another as well but as a viewer I feel unsatisfied with it...the father shit is another thing....
When there is a plot, then ep are less...and when there is not plot they stretch to 20 epsiodes and split into parts...
