a happy iu acting gig is something that i didn't think that is going to happen
When I got into K Media I was familiar with IU the actress rather than the idol and when I finally did come across her music it through me off because of how upbeat she wasðŸ˜
And here I was hoping to see PSJ in a romance again. It's been so long.ðŸ˜
He legit has no romance dramas coming out anytime soon🤣 him and Park Bo Young are gonna be a married couple in Concrete Utopia and Idk if there will be romance between him and Han So Hee in their drama. From what I know its gonna be more on the action/scifi side.
Can some one please recommend similar dramas like Once Again, Five Enough and My Father is Strange. These are…
Ugly Alert. Just watched it and I fell in love. The first 6-7 ep. are really sad though. After that its really uplifting. The ML is pretty much like a rock the whole series. No matter whats thrown at him he pushes through with a smile on his face. The Gong siblings bond in this drama is going to put a big smile on your face. This drama is kinda the reverse of what we normally see in most dramas in this one the FL lifts up the ML. Its overall a great drama.
This wouldve been the perfect family drama imo if they didnt focus so much on the elders. They didn't even need the woman who works at the restaurant with the parents and her love interest. Theyre 50+ years old and act like teenagers who have never dated. The missing sister story was good but once they reunited I wouldve preferred if they just focused on her getting acquainted with the family.
Honestly, I get that divorce is still like a huge taboo in SK but from the perspective of someone like me that…
I think they're big on the whole children are a reflection of their upbringing thing in alot of Asian countries which is why the parents are so strict about education and not being around bad influences and what not.
Absolute best family drama Ive watched. The bond between the siblings was magical. All of the relationships were amazing. Everything was realistic and made sense even the conflicts and resolutions. I love that considering his profession it was more so the SML(younger brother) who played the biggest part in the climax.
On episode 20 now, and what this male lead need is therapy... He is not being humble anymore, he has poor mental…
His character gets alot better as the show progressess. The moms death really scarred him. The FL helps him alot. She is kinda like the knight in shining armor. He is actually really smart but as you said due to his childhood he has never put himself first. The series addresses all of that too. The relationship with the siblings may seem bad now but I can assure you their bond with eachother is one of the best parts of the series.
1st drama I can recall where the best friend 100% has the FL back. When she told her to move on from the family and live her life eventhough she was close to that family as well I knew she was a keeper. She didn't even care that her brother had feelings for the FL she still sided with her being with the ML and wasn't hiding it at all.
ML, FL, daughter, FL best friend, FL SIL, and ML brother were my favorites. I hate the fact that the ML brother probably won't get to spend time with ML and FL and their children due to his guilt.
I wish we got closure between SJ and CY. I don't get why most dramas ignore the fact that some characters have known eachother for years and have grown to love eachother in a non romantic way. After what SJ said to CY while he was in a coma I expected them to have some sort of conversation to resolve their issues because it seemed like the he saw her as a sister and for that relationship to break down like it did it wouldve been heartbreaking for both of them.
