This felt like watching a romantic drama instead of a dating show. Why was it so emotional?!?! It was so good but every episode had me rooting for someone new or an ex (┬┬﹏┬┬)
This is so bad on so many levels but still has a charm to it. It definitely made me laugh and I was oddly entertained by it. One of those you can't take too seriously or apply logic lol
Is there romance? If so, is it heavy? Just asking since there is no romance genre tagged, but from the comments…
There is barely any explicit romance(implied feelings and protectiveness at best 9 episodes in). The couple are not lovey dovey in terms of fluff and kisses. They clearly respect and care for each other. It is a friends to lovers situation but they don't have time to foster heavy romantic intimacy in the middle of a pandemic. All that is on pause because of zombies lol
How is this only 8.1, it might be a little slow but its well written, intelligent acting and slowly drawing you…
It might be a question of access and time. Shows like beyond evil picked up in ratings much later on MDL. There are also people who rate at the end of a show or waiting to binge watch. Many variables in terms of international viewers but hopefully it is doing well domestically
It is such an unfortunate thing that Hong Nae played a gay role in one of openly gay films in Korea ans they gave…
I'm more concerned about them typecasting him as the psycho killer bad guy (he is good at it but still...He is fast becoming the obvious villain)or as forever the supporting role. Would love to see him get roles with more meat and diversity.
Can someone explain what happened with Santa end of ep6?I don't think anything in ep 7 explained that standoff they had or the mug situation. What am I missing ?
For a second I thought we were getting a Lee Dong Wook cameo in the beginning of that call(┬┬﹏┬┬) . Lmao. Would have been so funny if the the chairman was so excited over his celebrity decree randomly.
This is way better than Beyond Evil or Flowers of evil. How's this not rating higher with this cast
Beyond Evil wasn't rated that high here in the beginning. Rating might pick up in the same way as the show progresses. (it was competing with mouse, Vincenzo and i think the devil judge at the time too.) I quite liked Beyond evil and Flower of evil though.
I agree. The Baek Mo Sa arc was too rushed for me. I needed more meat or something. We didn't get to see him truly unravel or change. He really just popped up at the end but I get that he was mostly a foil character for Han Ji hyuk
I'm glad we got this spin off. Su yeon's character makes so much more sense now. Her role in the main story felt off/flat and I couldn't connect. Her death didn't hit as hard as it should have but now i get it. I appreciate the context and depth.
