A Roman Catholic scholarship student in the 90s with a pierced ear? Where e dey happen 😭😂😂 Paying attention to things like this is literally the bare minimum.
This is definitely better than most Gmmtv series but there is just something missing. I feel it is not intense enough. That feeling of wanting someone when though you shouldn't, that intense pull of attraction that you believe to be wrong, to be sinful but you still can't stop yourself. The feelings I got watching Your Name Engraved Herein and I Told Sunset About You. That's what I was looking forward to but I am not getting anything.
Sorry guys, for not hyperventilating and being all philosophical about this series, but they could have done a…
I agree with you. It just isn't intense enough. The Trailer feels more intense than the actual scenes. Especially that piano playing scene you mentioned. The intensity shown in Your Name Engraved Herein and I Told Sunset About You is what I was expecting.
My body is vibrating 😭 This feels worse compared to the first version 😭 I can tell already what my days will be like when this one starts airing and omg gaga said it's soon😭
This is about to be my favourite Kdrama of 2026 and I am not even joking 😭 It's so beautiful and raw. I am going to cry every time a scene makes me feel like crying 😭
I think many people did not like Love Beyond The Grave. Some said it was dull and boring, some said it wasn't as interesting as Pursuit of Jade. While I agree that it wasn't as interesting as POJ, I definitely did not find it boring or dull. I enjoyed watching this and I am a bit sad to say goodbye.
I went into this know how most Xianxia are, one of them was destined to die but what's amazing is how the writer managed to make it to not be heartbreaking.
Their adopted little brother died but became a spirit and ended up taking her position as Sovereign of Spirits. He died but his spirit is still with her, wandering the world with her so she doesn't feel lonely. Even Yan Ke died a worthy death, a death that felt like He and Simu parted in good terms (me thinks).
The death and separations was temporary, never a "goodbye" but always "we'll meet again".
Swords into Plowshares is the title and it definitely is a befitting one.
From nollywood to Hollywood, then the Filipino ones, mexican, before South Korea. Bollywood then Cdrama, Thai, Japanese etc....Ive watched a lot. I don't just watch because it is a form of entertainment, I watch films to feel. And nothing makes me feel more than the Chinese ones.
I love reading history but I love watching history more. History that is raw and unfiltered. History that does not hold back facts. History that does not shy from criticism. And while China might be state controlled, they've never held back when it comes to telling stories about their past. It is why they are a propaganda I am willing to fall for.
Anyway, if you are willing to, watch Swords into Plowshares.
Most times, when I watch something related to history, I disconnect from social media and ponder what it must have been like to live in such chaotic times. I go over it in my head, pausing the film to read up on the facts on Wikipedia – these people actually existed. Then, I sleep, grateful for the privilege of being born in the 21st century.
I just finished watching this . Loved it! They were so beautiful together. No unnecessary misunderstanding, no silly breakup, just a loving nature couple 😍 What I loved most about this series has to be the gradual build up to their romantic relationship, it felt so natural ❤️
Where I'm from, it's still a taboo even till date lol
Nevertheless, it is still a good series.

We finally have our toxic bl of 2026😭😭
