This show is insanely funny. I usually don't watch romance shows, this one was different. Even up to episode 6, there was barely any romance, at least not on SCC's side.
The actress who played Su Miao is so great, my mom and I kept laughing when she wore sparkling clothes and kept waving her hands so TQ would vomit. Then the scene where she jumped into the lake.
I also love they made fun of the trope where the ML could always carry FL while TQ hurt his back trying to carry Su Miao.

I havent' read the whole review but I looked that plenty of romance and with Xu Kai and Jing Tian so I guess that's why I didn't go to check on the show. Now that I'm against any of the actors. I usually go to look for detective or adventure shows or I'm a fan of the actors. LOL.

Just finished episode 7 as I am cheap so just watch the free ones and I am also travelling. The twists keep coming and loving it.

The amount of twists in the first episode gave me whiplash in a good way 😊

Nirvana in Fire, Joy of Life, Mysterious Lotus Casebook. They are in the top 10 Cdramas in MDL list and I believe they are loved internationally and in China as well. I should include the Untamed as well but I haven't watched it properly.

Heroic Husband and Joy of Life are the only transmigration stories that I watch, so I guess this show is for me as well. I think those 2 shows have plenty of humor which is the reason I like them. Also ZRY :)

I've just watched the first 4 episodes and yes, it seems to be comedy. Although I read there are some heartbreaking moments in the later episodes but in general it's still a comedy.
