I doubt Leo and Reba will ever reunite, unfortunately. Yuning and Lusi - maybe, but maybe not, will depend on his upcoming dramas and many other issues. Li Shimin will actually not tell Changge much. He probably thinks that the truth will be painful for her, so he just avoids telling it. Wei Zheng (Shuyu's father) will tell her. Their scene with Shimin in ep 40 is beautiful anyway. And I heard they will meet again in one of the final episodes.

I don't know if they separate again in 45-48 (gonna watch these episodes next week), but in 35-38 she goes to Mobei, so they are not together.
