Finally finished episode 18. I almost started to tear up when Lanxi and Chang were talking. I so wanted them to really talk and help each other out. I love how Lanxi turned everything around to focus on the Uncle.
I almost threw my phone when the stupid king started to believe the queen's lies and manipulations. Ugh, everytime. I really thought he was going on the right path (of putting her in her place and not believing she was innocent) after what she did at the gravesite/memorial. Oh well, hopefully soon this arc will be over. :)
On a side note: I know a lot of us are getting tired of seeing HFX's family drama, I am kind of too, but some of the stories are good. Like I love everything involving Prince Chang. I think he is such a good guy and I want to root for him. I like his simple interactions with BFX as well. Actually, I just love when she interacts with anybody. I was kind of hoping she would become a secret confidant for him.
extra: who pushed him off the balcony? are we waiting for that answer? or did he do that himself or did the uncle do it?
Is it confirmed that wrtw will release 8ep from next week , and after its completion she and her perfect husband…
I have been waiting forever for that drama. They got their distribution license back in December and i thought it would air in like February, but no, now it is May. Ugh!!
Just read on Twitter mystery of Queen's maid (which face we never saw)🤣🤣Rumors said director had affair…
I am hearing all kinds of things about this producer and her jealousy. That is so crazy and vindictive. What a way to ruin an awesome drama, because of your petty jealousy. That should never be brought to the work place and I think that actress (the maid) should sue.
It is so frustrating that these people won't talk to each other. Prince Chang and Prince Lanxi have been close brothers since young and yet they won't tell each other anything. They are both keeping secrets. If Chang only went to Lanxi and told him that his mother was manipulating him and forcing this marriage by revealing his medical secret, etc. Lanxi would surely find a way to fix it. Ugh!! I hate when there is so much lack of communication, it only means something is going to happen that could have been prevented.
Just started watching new episodes, am they finally answered a question I have been thinking about. If Baili had come from a humble/servant background how on earth did the officials allow the king to make her queen? You almost never see that happen. He explains that he argued with the officials for 6 months. I still am surprised she got to be queen, especially having no backers at the time. ( I know she does now ). Also, loved how she messed up the ceremony and the thunder happening while she was up there. Hopefully, she will be gaining a lot more enemies. Anyway, back to watching the new episodes.....
Sword Snow Stride was definitely more story driven than love. It had a bit of a that in it, but it wasn't in your face and I loved SSS and I usually am a more romantic story driven, I was so impressed with SSS. I will be going back and watching it again soon.
yes, he is one of my favorites too. He is the ML in Jiu Liu Overlord with Bai Lu in case you haven't watched it.…
I have been told that. I have tried to watch it, cause I like Xu Kai in costume dramas as well (The Legends). I just can't get past the main female lead, she just really gives me a sour note about watching the drama. I don't know why, cause I have tried to watch it, even with a few of my favorite actors in it.
Regionally licensed and coming to Viki (premiere date not revealed).https://www.viki.com/tv/38507c-simmer-down?qId=eed6d7df198a51a5946f72a18e99420e#reviews
I am so glad. I am on the first episode and trying to watch the subs on Youtube through Mango is very difficult.
Prince Huang Chao what a man. He could easily be the ML in any other dramas.
yes, he is one of my favorites too. He is the ML in Jiu Liu Overlord with Bai Lu in case you haven't watched it. He is so good. The first time I saw him was in Fuyao, but he has been in so many others. He played the antagonist in The Flame's Daughter. He was in The King's Avatar with Yang Yang. I wish he would get more ML dramas, as well.
