yeah I certainly didnt like her young self, why would a 14 year old kid do that is beyond me really.. what? ruin…
I can emphasize with both growing up in troubled and broken homes. I cant’t comprehend the choice SA made by “ruining herself “ (akin to losing virginity) to get her dad’s attention whereas DS chose to be beaten the life out to get his family to care. Definitely she’s not quite all up there before and now, and delusional to think she will get her son to back and live with her in dilapidated place. I can’t picture DS playing husband to SA and father to her son.
TLN tells it so well … everyone has their own internal struggles and demons. 3 siblings with each uniqueness is like therapeutic for Gu … just what he needed. lol MJ talks about dead frogs bits like confetti even Gu cringes at the thought MJ can still be eating. KJ feeling grateful for being rejected (a new trait I just leaned) CY literally talks shit lol like best thing that ever happen
WOW episode 9 blows your mind off … GU rocks ! Great actors ! Brilliant dialogs … each dialog move the story forward revealing back story line beautifully. Gu and the the siblings Chang Yee & Mi Jung … their fate seem to be intertwined from the start.
Love the soundtrack … todays episode 9 soundtrack sets the tone for each scene beautifully. The fathers, Ho Shik and In Kwon scene was truly heart rending … fathers unconditional love triumph over pride. “Our Blues” definitely rank as one my favorite classic of all times, together with “My Liberation Notes”and “Pachinko”. Great casts, screenwriter & director, and cinematography & musical scores, last but not least … new beauty standards have been set in these three dramas.
E12 and E13 are so humorous. Love Lin Geng Xin and Tan Song Yun.! Such an adorable pair. This drama gives A Business Proposal and What’s Wrong with Secretary Kim vibes
The casts are incredible, notably Jung Hyun and Young Joo ! It was so heart wrenching, I was so was totally immersed. Understandably all parents have high expectations and want the best for their children. Given the predicament Jung Hyun and Young Joo are in, both the high schoolers appear more calm & rational and eloquent getting across their plans and hopes. Fathers only knows how to use verbal and physical abuse dealing in this situation, with Ho Shik a tad better than In Kwon. Gen Z children are a whole world difference from their predecessor. As a parent, rightly or wrongly, a we strives our best to support our children to our best ability even if they made a mistake. Ho Shik and In Kwon have a lot to be proud of their daughter and son academic achievements and their character despite coming from a broken family and not the best of environment they were raised in. This drama is one of very few that is brave to address and tackle several of most sensitive issues currently, teen pregnancy and mental health. This drama depict our day to day life challenges most of us here, I am certain of, that can relate to. It’s a perfect 10 for me! Musical score and OST is so befitting each scene.
Hyun Jae’s ex is so full of herself and self centered. She thinks the world revolves around her. Hyun Jae is a tad let down even if he is showing empathy towards the ex.
Absolutely enthralling ! Great casts … brings out the complexity of the characters brilliantly. Love Mi Jung and Gu’s “worship” journey from the beginning … the leap of faith jump … today’s E7 noodles interaction was spellbound … Gu was absolutely captivating …
Right....it couldn't have been just on their wedding night because SPY is 3 months with no symptoms like nausea.…
True … the portrayal of his character has been shrouded in secrecy from S1 yet we still know very little of him near ending S3. This drama has been bizarre from D1 … screenwriter never fail to surprise …
