Any information about the release of this drama?

Thank you for your answer. I'll give it a try and watch the first few episodes, but if it isn't my cup of tea, I'll drop it.

I can handle a bit more than 50%, I've seen misunderstandings in dramas so it's nothing new but I usually tend to avoid it because it gets frustrating and annoying.
I do want to give this a try as long the misunderstanding isn't taken all the way to the last few episodes. (What episode does the misunderstanding get fixed?)

Is this worth watching? I'm a person who hates misunderstandings, but I'm willing to give this a try if the misunderstanding isn't being dragged on for too long.

I'm pretending not to care about this drama, so it will come out faster.
(The truth is, I'm thinking and dreaming about this drama every day.)

The first kiss happens later on. (They do take things a bit slowly, so I would consider this a slow burn.)

Is it worth watching? I'm planning to watch a lot of dramas during my upcoming breaks, so I'm making a list. What should one expect from this drama? I heard the OST is good. I love listening to OSTs.

They have a wedding photoshoot at the end of episode 33. There is a kind of pregnancy scare in the drama, but not really. I guess, but you'll see once you watch it. (I explained it below)

There is an episode where he meets her mom, and there was a misunderstanding because the FL was in the Obstetrics/Gynecology Dept, causing the mother to think that she was maybe pregnant (They explain why they were both there)
However, there was no pregnancy in this drama, it was just a misunderstanding.
