I've never read the novel but i loved zhou ye in love me love my voice so I wanted to see more of her acting, after hearing that she was in this drama a year ago ive been waiting ever since because by the looks and sounds of this drama it sounded very good soo i cant wait to give this a try after waiting for so long!!
SPOILERS OF THE BEGINNING: If I remember correctly, there is a man who was going to marry someone from the Hua family and be married to the FL, but after what happened to her family, the marriage/engagement was canceled, but he did like her even when their marriage/engagement was canceled. The man liked her and did try to get closer, but then decided to stop, so I wouldn't consider him a second lover because the FL was only getting some of his help at the beginning, but never was considered to be her lover. She only liked the ML. So I really wouldn't consider it a love triangle because he did stop, and I didn't find him annoying because he was rarely shown. He truly seems kind.
