I should be sleep but wanted to share this. I’m at ATOM (club here in Japan) and I was dancing and chilling and a girl saw my lock screen on my 17 pro max. She asked “you watch Chinese dramas too?” I told her yes, lol and she said “I also love Ju Jing Yi and asked what I think of the current drama VOS.” she even liked my pic because it’s of Rui and Kiku during the press conference of him fixing her little fox white ears. She said かわいい which she is right. I love meeting other Japanese people who are fans of Cdramas. just wanted to share but as of now back to clubbing until today’s epsiode. happy sleep for everyone. 😭😊
Watching this drama from ep 1 is like watching something blurry and gradually become clear.
Also I love LOVE that eventhough the arc in illusion is only for few eps they manage to make us feel that the wuwu couple is there for 50 years. I was afraid after they come out of illusion they will become stranger but of course living together for 50 years with the only one who feels real will be hard to forget. After wuwu couple come out of illusion somehow their mannerism is like couple who has live together for 50 years so kudos to the actors and the directing power.
I see some people already complaining about a sad ending, but I believe a sad ending can still be satisfying, if handle well. Like in One and only *Spoilers* The villain did have the best downfall after the death of the leads, and in Love in pavilion, they gave you hope of a promising sequel after killing almost everyone ( which did not deliver, but that's not the topic). So will it hurts if the leads don't have an happy ending? Yes? But Will a sad ending will spoil the drama for me if this is the route the directive team choose to take? Absolutely not
I read from the comment sections that some wanted to read about TJR's farewell speech, I could not find the comment but here it is
"I will always remember the shock I felt when I first finished reading the seventh draft of the ending of episode 26, revised by the director. I held the script, speechless, and looked up to see a bright, lonely moon hanging in the sky. At that moment, I couldn't distinguish the boundary between story and reality. I felt like I was breathing, yet also sighing. I felt like myself, yet also like Ji Ling. Looking at that bright moon, I murmured, repeating the lines from the script, "Don't cry, I will always be with you.""
I wonder what will be happen to them at last episode....🥹
