Before I wrote my comment, I said it was a minority opinion. Majority of people view the situation the way you do. So why are you insistent that one more person view it from that point of view. There are so many people rooting for GSJ and so many who feel bad for him which is okay. Ryan is a great actor and he is able to bring forth complex emotions that his character is experiencing, so it makes sense that many people root for his character, I am just not one of them. I don't see why that is a big deal.
Lastly, it's not that I am not viewing things from GSJ's point of view. Ik life has not been easy for him. I get that he has to work hard to not only prove himself but protect the things he cares about. However, that's not the issue for me.
The issue is that even b4 GZY became SW, so before he was even a threat to what GSJ cared about, he and GYZ went out of their way as adults to antagonize GZY. It's excusable as little kids sure, but they are not kids anymore.

I can see how you would feel that way, but like I said, there are a lot of things we aren't seeing that are being shown/told to us slowly. Also there are even details in the novel that haven't been shown in the show. I just think that in the end, it will be explained.

The three trails don't seem to just be about strength but also about character. I feel like that, coupled with how they see GSJ and GYZ antagonizing GZY all the time, additionally, GZY's father's hopes for him, having something to do with it. I feel like none of you are understanding me and what I'm saying. Ik they aren't brother's but in the clip that I posted, GYZ says "Why would I leave this is my home." and then there's other stuff too. So I am asking based on that clip if he is a gong or not. It does not matter who his mother is. The question is who his father is.
