I know he is already pretty well known, but I would put him in the upcoming waiting for a big break category - so I totally can see how BL and ship with him can be a hit. But at the same time he is not big established name that would help gmmtv boyband be put on BL fans radar. While what LYKN needs is big promo before they go back to their idol's activities so establishing long-term ship is not the main goal here. So for me we have an actor who would benefit from long-term ship and boyband that needs promo before they concentrate on their music once again... that why I said it was not on my bing card. But as far as idea for the story goes its gold for me.

Agree, if you think about them they never let New have top gmmtv actors since half of what he produced in recent years in category C at best. Also I believe JD will be at least decent under Jojo directing not to mention they will pull their weight with promotion because with all sympathy to FK they like playing hermits in their own little world a bit too much.
... ok I admit i suspected gmmtv would try to go drama route with their boyband, I would even say I thought they were stupid for not announcing something like Shark(2014) on last lineup to promote them... But this was not on my bingo card.... BL with Est as main (nothing against him but he is not that famous yet to promote them) and with the theme of disbanding on top of that...

I trust Jojo skills. But I need to say that true test to JD chemistry will be a series outside of New or Tee hands... they both produce sleep-inducing Bl for me. I think we might be pleasantly surprised. Not to mention acting with people who can act like FK will be great curve for them and let them expand their skills.
I got your point but this novel is 18+, 16 yo shouldn't act in scenes he would not be allowed to read or even watch... also if we do some math and compare casting time with his birthday it's pretty clear he was casted as 15yo... so there is no world where it's not creepy
