the only time dunk did some "believable" acting was when he played a straight character... I hope he has improved…
let's hope so? Jojo is much better in pushing actors in right direction and even hidding questionable acting if needed, so one way or another dunk will have one of his best acting performances
hey this one is not toooooo bad....imagine if mame had thiskind of trauma idea! that would be way worse.
Meme is great at character writing not so much in plot department. Still she have the real gift of helping cast some major talents with great chemistry
It's geoblocked past episode 6 wich accounts for some of the drop, but yes - it's not great.I wouldn't hold my…
Its probably one of worst performing series in GMMTV history.... but you are right geoblocking didn't help. They added more geoblocking with each episodes which is weird choice... but even here by amount of comments you can see people not being that interested in it. But Gmmtv not having great script is the norm at this point. But we still had some great series with little actual plot... I just think gmmtv should stop putting newbies in lead roles and let them do side roles for year or two useless they find some NN level of talent... Because Leng being gifted actor which was told to explain this bizarre casting was an obvious lie, but he could still be good actor given time as he gains experience. But now he will be stuck with the impression of "bad actor" by many me included.
well this series is pretty much dead on arrival... views numbers are bizmo while it's star Ohm... script have problems like most of gmmtv series but it have decent director. But even with director and Ohm this series died... lets just hope gmmtv learned something and let Ohm and Leng move to better projects separately...
just 2 ep in, but styling is horrible... how I supposed to believe they are village boy when they hairstyles looks like they just went to hair salon? they look like cosplayer and not villagers
its one of this series that deserve much more love was it perfect? no it should be shorter and they should not rely so heavy on theatre script for tv show but it's production value is evident. While attention to details is something most bl is lacking
This show made me wonder if I developed some kind of face blindness.... We have 8 characters who are all male, of similar height and build with very similar hairstyles.... 5 of them work in group making it even harder for me... This meant that if I didn't had a careful look at their face features I was left guessing of who is who... Which is just bad viewer experience because story itself is interesting.
Basically for all Thai show - cut version mean TV version which mean runtime bellow hour. Usually its between 45 - 55min While Uncut is Director full cut. Which mean one episode can easy double of cut version
Your comment made me check their Bio and realize I saw them in more than one work before. Offroad was the only good thing in Our Days. Love in Translation showed they have chemistry. While Daou portrayal of San was so good, it was almost like this role was tailor-made for him. But my impression still stands, Vee/Offroad took me out of the story. It can be as you said because he was restrained by the director or was just ill-suited for role. He can act but somehow in Vee role he had this "I am acting" energy about him.
Just started watching and as OG Love Sick fan, I really appreciate the condensed story. But casting for Noh is just not it. I have literal flashbacks of Captain (previous Noh actor). Casting 15yo newbie for such an iconic role is just asking him to fail.
Its one of this series that due to theme and rating I started watching thinking it would be something special. It has originality compared to other series despite its obvious flaws. A magic stone that can heal? But you lend it for a century to one random guy when you could save countless lives with it if it stayed in the temple? It just doesn't make sense. Also while there are elements I really like, the actor playing Vee was total miscast, he took me out of story every time he appeared on the screen. A lot of his scenes were overacted, not sure if the problem is his acting range or the direction he received but something clearly didn't work. The chemistry between leads was also very so-so, it wasn't bad but it also didn't make me wish for another series with them. To sum it up nice drama but definitely not 8.5 nice...
I am sorry , I have decided to drop this one, only the first 2 episodes were promising, and the next episode were…
Its Mame novel adaptation... she is great as creating characters but not so much with story itself... But i agree that shift that happened in ep 3 didn't make that much sense and could be explored much better. Its difficult for viewers to adapt to casual summer fling turning to kept lover story that turn into romance when in first two episodes they didn't serve us fling but romance...
Can someone say if its worth waching? View count on YT is kinda bad and from trailer I had question about Leng acting... So please give me honest opinion

His behavior remind me so much of the specific stereotype of 90s Hollywood its not even funny.
I can only say some things in this drama are a CHOICE.
Offroad was the only good thing in Our Days.

A bit too corny sometimes but still one of best Filipino BL we every had.
