Nope. MY is a totally different character and didn't have TTJ's face. The novel and drama are the same in that TTJ (and the rest) entered MY's looped dream and they took on different roles there.

Her mouth does this motion that shows so much disgust. I was like "Woah, tone it down sis!" 🤣🤣
