Advanced thinking on TTJ's part to help out the Ye family. He keeps breaking into smiles after getting YXW adorable thanks and a 💋. Too bad the "tantrum" broke the sweet moment. Yes, it was weird when YXW said men's hearts are changeable because that is usually associated with women. Also, YXW what do you know about men's hearts? Aren't you a sheltered "princess-like" teenage immortal? 😂
It's great that it shows TTJ reflecting on his reactions and advice that he got. He goes into action to rectify those like learning about state affairs and consulting PR about YXW.
The cooking/eating scene parellels Love is Sweet. In both lifetimes, Lulu's characters are terrible cooks. 🤣 We got lots of nice interactions amongst all the characters (excluding TTML/Fu Yu/Sheng king haha) and funny TTJ×YXW and PR×YQY scenes in this ep. Thanks for the reprieve.

PR and YQY are so cute together as PR tries to appease YQY's guilt over defecting to the Jing kingdom.
Scriptwriters really made TTJ into a saint. 😂 He made sure to issue an edict accepting Sheng refugees as well as providing food relief, education, and livelihood programs for them. He also had his soldiers escort the Ye family and establish a mansion for them. This is from someone who is "indifferent" to YXW. haha! He mentally took note of what YXW said and is learning about compassion for the common people.
LOL at TTJ fishing for something more than verbal thanks then getting flustered after getting YXW's kiss. He looked very pleased. Then we have YXW's voiceover breaking the happy bubble by celebrating the forming of a spike.
TTJ goes into overthinking mode and realized her joy is because of her family - not him. Dude, it is not mutually exclusive. Spike goes back in as a result. He questions his "tantrum" the next day. The answer to your question is that you want YXW to be happy because of you and of you - not anybody else.
Because of what YXW said about treating her family well, TTJ gives NBY and the Moonguards leave to visit or a relocation option for their family.
Besties are having their cute interaction again with YXW telling her intent to romance TTJ. TTJ doesn't want anything to do with lantern floating but smiles when YXW leaves in a huff. She serenades him for 6 hours and sends NBY to criticize her off key playing. TTJ keeps smiling foolishly. LOL!🤣
This sweeping/scolding scene by the swing was the one when the actor that plays NBY kept breaking and smiling. Both of them find YXW cute but TTJ is her #1 fan.😂
TTJ is having his fashion show - one gorgeous outfit after the other.
PR is complaining to TTJ about working too hard and not getting a rest day for 80 days. These two have such sibling energy.
PR shows YXW how to seduce a man through good boi YQY. Lulu had so much fun watching and recording this scene of theirs.
