Nah, I don't think Mujia is idealistic tbh. I think this whole divorce case and how it ended up had to do with…
The only reason Lawyer Wu was on Li Guang's side is because Li Guang feeds the law firm aka he is their biggest client. And in her POV, it is logical because he will keep their law firm running just with the cases he provides them with.

How do you think you would feel if you were Miss Lin and your lawyer hid the fact that your husband who you are trying to divorce has hidden a bunch of investment because the lawyer's boyfriend benefit from this investment? Miss Lin could actually legally sue Mujia for this.

And at the end of the day, Li Guang screwed up and had to get rid of the investment anyway because Miss Lin already /knew/ about this investment, meaning she was going to sue full on if Wang was officially part of this project and Li Guang would have lost even more. Whether Mujia was involved in this case or not won't had mattered because Miss Lin would have caused a dent in this investment.

They need to separate Professional and personal life then only they can workout this relationship. Li guang is…
Nah, I don't think Mujia is idealistic tbh. I think this whole divorce case and how it ended up had to do with Li Guang's side's failure to investigate the personal lives of the investors before investing/being invested. They didn't even know Wang was in the midst of a divorce until Mujia already took the case and they found out the husband was Wang.

Mujia had a legal duty to her main client which was Miss Lin. She shouldn't have to worry about the law firm's biggest client/Li Guang because there /wasn't/ supposed to be a conflict of interest when she took the case.

Once Lawyer Wu and Li Guang found out, they should had cut their losses then (aka pull out from the investment, but they thought they can just hide it and let it pass). They knew Mujia would have fought for her client, but they underestimated Miss Lin too since Miss Lin found out about Wang's company being invested aka tons of money he is hiding from her and she was waiting for Wang to "get fatter" before suing to "end him" (aka get more money).

In addition, their argument is this investment matter to more people so should be a priority while essentially, Miss Lin is just one woman. Mujia would have never accepted that given what happened to her mom who is "just one woman".

Edit: Mujia also saved Li Guang from losing tons of money with another investor because she found out another client's divorce had issues too which again turned out to be Li Guang's side's failure to check into their personal lives.

Tbh, I won't mind if this couple has a bad ending. I am open to any kinds of ending but I won't mind at all if…
Yup, I think Mujia truly wants a home and someone to love due to her childhood background. She wants to have both a career and a family. Finding the right person is hard though since the partner needs to be someone who can accept her as someone who is so driven, has their own status, etc.

Li Guang seemingly looks good on paper and I do think they love each other. But this work relationship they have hinders their love relationship. Li Guang is someone who can and will hide info from her for the sake of bigger picture and to also "protect" her. But Mujia is someone who has a big sense of justice, and she refuses to be protected. Tbh this all won't have happened if the law firm was able to figure out the conflict of interest beforehand or had another law firm take Miss Lin's case once they knew (though I know they won't have given the case away since they won't be able to control what other lawyers could find). But it is better this happened since Mujia now needs to analyze this relationship and the effect this is having on her career. Because like Lawyer Wu said, Li Guang is the law firm's "emperor", he is basically feeding them. He is their biggest client and in a way, they have to cover their eyes/ears/mouths on anything that doesn't benefit him.

I wonder how they will proceed with this. I care more about her career so whether they last or not, I am not as invested haha. Their relationship at the moment will always have that underlying tension. You can already see the difference of Li Guang caring more about the "bigger" picture while Mujia focuses on how things can impact an individual.

Yeah, I think Li Guang had a lot to learn from this relationship too. Especially because he is the client for her law firm, so it becomes messy with him trying to hide things from her or "use" her. And as long as they have some sort of work relationship, there will always be conflict. I think Mujia might have to separate herself from him in her career in order for them to even have a relationship that will last.

Regarding Mujia's and Li Guang's relationship as of episode 23 (my take under spoiler):
Tbh, I won't mind if this couple has a bad ending. I am open to any kinds of ending but I won't mind at all if they break up because Mujia still learned a lot from this relationship on how dating someone like Li Guang might make her toe the line of her own beliefs and conflict of interest. I am pretty sure Mujia is going to leave the current law firm at some point and open up her own too. If they do break up, they might date again in the future. Don't know at all but I am actually pretty okay with however they end up.

Title All the Way to the Sun Spoiler
Review/summary of episode 22-23 (INTENSE) under spoiler:
Episode 22:

Miss Lin had a talk with Mujia not wanting to push Wang since she is getting decent settlement.

Mujia keeps on thinking something with this divorce case isn't right.

Chen Qing came to drop off food for Tian Rong and Tian Rong figured out the food was from Mujia. Tian Rong told Chen Qing to make sure Mujia isn't staying up late to the point she has to eat medicine.

Tian Rong started working as a security monitor in JLW (her side gig to get some extra money to pay for her houses). She is able to see from this job that Mujia is coming home late and worries.

Wan Bing's friend called Tian Rong about WB not doing well (got into a fight over girlfriend talk) and the friend asked Tian Rong to give him money so he can take care of WB inside jail. Tian Rong later got ran over by a car. Tian Rong turned down going to the hospital because she had things to do and just ask for some money. The woman who ran her over questioned if it was on purpose. The woman's boyfriend later showed up and it turned out to be Fan! Tian Rong hid and overheard how good Fan treated the girlfriend (like how he treated Tian Rong years ago before it went bad). Tian Rong tried to put the money into an account but the machine was broken so it ate the money. Tian Rong started crying because of all of this. Tian Rong later finds out WB is being released.

They spoke about what happened and Client Li showed up basically kicking out Wan Bing/disowning him so Tian Rong said she will claim him.

Mujia and Li Guang went to Shanghai for work. Mujia looked at info related to the project and saw the investor is divorced. Li Guang worried here because Mujia is using her own divorce case (Miss Lin) to apply to how that might affect Li Ming Building Project (she doesn't know Wang is one of the investors).

Mujia then called the investor's ex (Miss Hu) to see if she knows he got more $$$ than expected. Li Guang getting more and more nervous since if Mujia finds out Wang is part of the investor for the Li Ming Building Project, the divorce case with Miss Lin can become a big deal and affects stock.

Tian Rong and Wan Bing dinner date.

Mujia and Li Guang dinner/bar date. He confirms he wants to love someone properly and that person is Mujia. Miss Lin calls Mujia about the divorce and Li Guang nervous again since Mujia warned Miss Lin to tell her if she finds out any changes with Wang's finances.

Mujia got a prize at law firm, and she thanked Lawer Wu for giving her a chance. Li Guang called Lawyer Wu still worried about the divorce case.

Lawyer Wu later told Mujia that any legal work involving the Li Ming Building project will now be handled by the law firm. Lawyer Wu warned Mujia that Li Guang is not only her boyfriend, but the law firm's biggest client. That she needs to be careful when making decisions.

Li Guang later picked her up and they went furniture shopping + happy moments with Mujia doing better in her career/improving her lifestyle.

Li Guang then took Mujia to see this investor who wanted to invest TONS of money into the Li Ming Building project. Business talks here, basically very risky.

Tian Rong and Wan Bing married!

Episode 23:

Li Guang and Mujia had dinner with one of the investors and his wife. Mujia started having questions since the wife mentioned one of the projects having drama. Li Guang changed the topic quick.

Mujia questioned Li Guang about Wang and his company being involved with Li Guang. Mujia said she feels like a clown with Li Guang hiding this. Tian Rong working her security monitor job so sees Mujia and Li Guang fighting on cam.

Business lingo but basically Mujia exposed him. Li Guang said he hid it because NDA and Li Guang own up to having his hand in Wang trying to placate Miss Lin. Mujia said he loves him so he needs to know what kind of person he is. Mujia basically said Miss Lin has the right to know that she should have more money from the divorce case and Li Guang argued about consequences. Mujia said Miss Lin is her client and Li Guan argued he too is her client. He then apologized.

Mujia then told Lawyer Wu about wanting to tell Miss Lin about the investment/stock/money. Mujia then realizes Lawyer Wu knew along. Lawyer Wu questioned Mujia arguing with Li Guang and if she did argue with him if she wasn't his girlfriend. And whether the law firm should be keeping her, and Li Guang is the law firm's "emperor". He might smile at you but behind he can also set rules. And questioned Mujia if she really thinks Miss Lin didn't know about all of this already.

Mujia and Miss Lin met. Mujia told Miss Lin the truth. Miss Lin revealed she already knew and was waiting for Wang to commit all the wrong (and get "fat" aka get more rich) possible before showing her hands and ending him.

Li Guang and Lawyer Wu met and spoke about the whole investment business and part of it being paused because of this.

Tian Rong and Wan Bing marriage photoshoot.

Wan Bing gets a new job.

Chen Qing and boyfriend visited Mujia's mom to drop off things Mujia got for her. Mom nags Mujia about the expensive things she got for her and Mujia asks mom to come live with her. Mom tells Mujia to save money to buy house.

Mujia later brought seafood for Tian Rong and left it in front of her place. Tian Rong feels like Mujia isn't happy in JLW but don't know how to help.

Wait where did Lawyer Wu said not to fall for him? She actually said you don't meet a lot of people who did move…
Yes but Lawyer Wu didn't say not to fall in love. That was just the main point I was trying to clarify just in case the subs said something different than the actual Chinese dialogues. She actually encourages Mujia to give it a try but also gave her warnings to be careful. Just making sure because I know sometimes the English subtitles might not be the best.👍

And yes Mujia thought Li Guang might be trying to sponsor her at the time which is super valid. This older CEO trying to get you to look at a house and potentially free rent? SUS. 💀

Episode 11- ENG SUB okay l think watching with Eng Sub is far more better, because of dialogues. For example Mujia…
Wait where did Lawyer Wu said not to fall for him? She actually said you don't meet a lot of people who did move your heart so give it a chance. But she also said later to take advantage when given to you/don't mind what others say.

Mujia is charmed by him for sure. She is hesitated for other reasons (them being so closely tied by work and because she wants marriage as end goal).

Title All the Way to the Sun Spoiler
Review/summary for episode 20-21 (my girls fighting and now they are sad) under spoilers:
Episode 20:

Wan Bing overheard his dad on the phone about hindering Tian Rong's plan to sell her house.

Tian Rong already sold the house though to the person planted by Client Li. Mujia later looked at the signed contract and noticed something isn't right and tells Tian Rong to speak to the client again.

Client Li later comes over and informed Tian Rong that Wan Bing got into a fight (and in police office) and blames Tian Rong for it.

Miss Lin came to Mujia about the divorce case backtracking since Wang humiliated her saying she married him because of money.

Someone came to Li Guang with an investment of tons of money for the project.

Tian Rong losing it because people are not buying her houses and she needs the money to pay for her newer houses.

Mujia and Li Guang dinner date.

Fan called Tian Rong questioning why she asked his friend to borrow money.

Tian Rong asked Mujia to ask Li Guang to borrow large sums of money. Mujia said no because if she asks Li Guang, it becomes an unequal relationship. Tian Rong not listening at all and say she can put Mujia's name in the house too and the house can make a lot of money, even more than what Mujia can make as a lawyer. Mujia got upset and said all she is talking nowadays is money and buying houses. Tian Rong then brings up Xiao Ding and how they broke up because of money, how Fan broke up with her because of money, and how that Wan Bing is now gone because she has no money. And if she has money, they will love her. Mujia told her she already gave Rong all her money and she doesn't agree the direction Rong is "working hard" in. Tian Rong then said Mujia spends her money to live/dress well, saying she is with Li Guang basically for money, etc. Sigh, very hurtful words.

Tian Rong later borrowed loans with very high interest rates. Mujia asked Lawyer Wu for the money. Lawyer Wu agrees for Mujia but then said no when it turns out it was for her friend. But still end up agreeing because she is soft for Mujia. Mujia tried to give the money the Tian Rong, but Tian Rong rejected it since she now has those loans.

Li Guang then took Mujia to eat with his friends.

Episode 21:

Wan Bing has been arrested and it was revealed he fought with the guy who scammed Tian Rong about the house.

Tian Rong and Mujia have been hesitant about approaching each other again. Mujia left her keys out one day on the door and Tian Rong picked it up to keep it safe for her and then left it on her door knob the next day. Mujia said thank you via the door and Tian Rong heard it. And Tian Rong said you welcome, you have to be happy today via the door.

Miss Lin showed up to law firm upset because Wang now doesn't want to give her any support at all, so she wanted to file a complaint on Mujia.

Mujia then take her to get some money back from places she visited regularly before for makeup, gym, etc. Lots of fake crying happening here lmao.

Wang went to Li Guang and Lawyer Wu saying he has to get a divorce since his mistress is pregnant. This is a problem because Wang got some investment with Li Guang. They are afraid Mujia will find something out about this which will then hinder something involving the stocks. Li Guang then asked Lawyer Wu if Mujia will be able to follow their thinking (aka don't look into this too much) and Lawyer Wu laughs and said, you really think so? (Basically no way).

Miss Lin picked up her son Mao Mao and Wang showed up too. Miss Lin is worried and called Mujia on how to deal with this. Wang then said a bunch of nonsense saying the divorce is good for Miss Lin and trying to make her feel bad for him.

Miss Lin then texted Mujia saying Wang will give her a certain amount of money and monthly support. They will divorce but he won't be leaving home. Mujia gave her a warning to be careful about this.

Landlord for Mujia's apartment unit showed up and told her she has move because he needs to sell the house. Landlord and Mujia got into an argument of the timeline to leave, and landlord revealed he needed to sell the house ASAP because his son has debts.

Mujia then decide to rent a place in JLW. Mujia then went to Tian Rong so she can take some of the furniture and they parted ways. As the elevator closes, Tian Rong yells "Congrats on living in JLW, take care of yourself!". Both sad because they are no longer neighbors.

Li Guang has a meeting with the investors and the issue with Wang's divorce came up. Li Guang then invited Mujia out to talk. They spoke about patience, and they debate about the effects of small/big incidences. Li Guang warned Mujia to not take the case.

Tian Rong managed to find the scammer and found out Wan Bing was arrested. She went to police office, and they can't tell her anything because she is not a relative.

Lawyer Wu gave Mujia another case and also informed her to speed up the divorce case.

Nah, just not usual in shipping culture. I think a lot of the people who started shipping them came from watching…
Yup! I think it is a drama that shows the characters' highest point and lowest point which is just a realistic way to portray characters because not everyone can always be at their best moments. I haven't watched today's episodes yet but based on the comments, Tian Rong is going through it lmao.

Just a question Is divorcee man with a child is considered TABOO in china???
Nah, just not usual in shipping culture. I think a lot of the people who started shipping them came from watching their clips on bilibili and douyin so they are shook that the drama is that realistic about Li Guang's character. There are several opinions going on right now:

1) People don't care, they find it realistic
2) They were upset because they thought Mujia doesn't know about this (official account confirmed Mujia does know already via her own investigation mentioned before and apparently this plot point will be explored)
3) They feel like during the confession scene, Li Guang should had mentioned this too so the audience would know (some other takes are that Li Guang didn't say it during that moment because marriage at that time wasn't the goal, so there was no need to say he also has a daughter)
4) They worried that the daughter will be close in age to Mujia (though Mujia at this point is already 27-28 years old)

I think the ones most bothered are just mainly for shipping reasons. They kind of want to ignore he was married at one point lmao, and having a child is harder to ignore for them. I think the production is lowkey shook because they didn't expect so many people to be shipping them because they get like less than 5-10 mins of ship scenes anyway in each episode.

Does anyone know what the conditions are for a series to release all its episodes in one day? hihi, waiting for…
This drama is airing on TV (CCTV, aka Chinese national TV station) so they are only releasing 2 episodes a day for the TV schedule both on TV and on Chinese online platform like Youku. As of today, they released up to episode 19 out of the total 36 episodes.

Chinese dramas usually don't drop all their episodes at one go. The online dramas might drop first 6 episodes in one day, and then like 2-3 episodes in say 2 days/week if they have around 40-50 episodes.

The TV dramas usually only drop 1-2 episodes a day but most of the Chinese dramas you see probably aren't on TV since dramas shown on TV must meet a certain standard and quality.
