I didn't like this nearly as much as To my shore but it had similar toxic vibe.
I felt like here the insanity in Lu feng was too disjointed. I guess it was mainly because of all those time skips but it was just weird and hard to follow for me.
Also I didn't like how Yi Chen had always that spaced out look in his eyes. It felt like he is not present 90% of his screen time lol.
Oh my god this was so frigging good I can’t even believe it! Usually I don’t watch dramas without good plot because I tend to get bored easily but with this I was hooked the whole time! Such a good characters, romance and so much angst but with really nice ending. Just wow.
this is so freakin ridiculous and heartbreaking to see fan yake betraying her friend whom she knew for years,…
True but if you consider how important good marriage was for a woman in those times and she also has big crush on him...like it's actually really understandable why she did it even if she might not be bad person per say.

It's complicated. In the last ep ML stabs 2ML and it looks like he dies. But then there is epilogue and other person that looked dead is now alive and ML gets message that seems to be from 2ML. In the source material he was supposed to die but the show was popular and they wanted to do more seasons to this so they used better ending (they had like 3 prepared before hand) so they could bring him back.

What Archives doesn't have sad ending! Like sure it looks that way but in the end it is heavily implied that everyone survived so what more people want?
