How do you mean ‘some people couldn’t accept that this drama went a bit viral’? Why would they give a bad rating?

I honestly don’t know how to rate it. Some parts were a clear 10/10 for me, others 🤷‍♀️ I hate that they pulled the noble idiocy move here and made MJH send her away.

I really enjoyed watching Love of Nirvana. But it also had parts that I would have preferred differently.

MJH is like the sweetest male lead character I’ve seen in a long time ❤️

I really like it too! I would have preferred some things differently but overall the good parts way outweighed the bad parts. The two leads ❤️❤️❤️ the settings, the costumes, styling, cinematography, colour palette, the dialogues. The story had a lot of potential… I wish the writers would have chosen a different path instead of making MJH sending ML away to Xiyan. I think then the ratings would also be better.

Absolutely agree with you! I came for LXY and he really did an amazing job here. His character was written in different ways and he delivered all of it. The crying scenes … my heart broke for MJH and went out to LXY because filming this must take an emotional toll on you. Bravo. Also WJY, a joy to watch. I‘m looking forward to their upcoming projects.
And the kissing scenes were really well done too.

I believe you when you say it’s a different level and has more artistic value, but nevertheless unfortunately I cannot watch Wang Xing Yue as the male lead role. He was perfect in One and Only, which for me was a masterpiece on so many levels.

Sorry, I meant what makes the Double so outstanding. I cannot watch the Double‘s lead actor in a leading role. That’s why I had to drop it.
KmLm I finished because despite all the flaws I enjoyed watching it, mainly due to the strong performances by LXY and WJY.

I was really disappointed about this inconsistency. Basically all this symbolism about the undying flower was only meaningful for ML‘s situation in the first few episodes, but meaningless for the story as a whole. I love consistent symbolism.
