If you watched one of these shows and liked it, you will probably like the other. Both follow chaebol families and all the scheming it takes to grab power. Both follow a female lead who are out for revenge and have a romance with someone who protects them even if in Red Swan it's a bodyguard and in Graceful Family it's a lawyer/personal assistant. The villain in both shows is someone who is in power and wants to stay there even if it's though cheating the people they were pretending to be loyal to.

Having said that I would say Graceful Family is the better of these two since there are more episodes so the plot is able to be spread out better making big moments feel organic instead of coming out of nowhere to advance the story. I also prefer the straightforward plotting the female lead in Graceful Family does compared to the one in Red Swan who seems more like she stumbles into lucky occurences.

Both follow a group of strangers who are stuck together in a deserted location as they struggle to survive. They eventually are saved and return to the world but then have to struggle with normalcy. There are romances and suspense in both.

Both dramas are set around a main character who's life falls apart in the present day only for her to travel back in time and fix some of her regrets. She rediscovers the love she had for the career she never chose and finds a new appreciation for someone who was always around so when she returns to the present she's able to use that newfound confidence to fix her problems.

Though at first glance these two dramas don't seem that similar cause Five Enough is a family drama while Gentleman focuses on four best friends, a lot of similar plot lines can be found in both so if you've watched one and you're craving a similar story, you might find it in the other. Both are ensembles shows that focus on friendship and familial love alongside romantic relationships and characters who are school teachers and golfers.

Both shows also have a love line where female character A has been in love with B but B falls in love with A's best friend C so A finds comfort in D who's related to B and eventually A and D fall in love. There's also a widowed character in both that finds love once again and children that cause bumps in relationships.

Though at first these two dramas don't seem the same, when you look deeper there's a lot that make them similar from the tone of the show to the cute romances but especially with how both dramas are about emergency medicine being done with few resources and under a lot of extreme circumstances. There's even a little political maneuvering that happens in both.

At first glance these two dramas aren't exactly similar but having watched both, there is a similar tone and vibe these shows give off. Though Sweet Combat is about boxing and martial arts and My Mr Mermaid is about swimming, both of these dramas are set during the college years with super cute main couples and a great group of friends though the friend group in My Mr Mermaid feels a bit closer. Sweet Combat also does have a bit more drama cliches (rich female lead with a disapproving grandfather) but overall if you like one, you'll probably like the other.

These two shows are extremely similar to each other in terms of tone despite one being all about female idols and the other having both male and female idols. Both are about chasing your music dreams and wanting to succeed at them. There are dead or dying siblings being replaced, a rivalry between two leads and a focus on trainee competition in both dramas. The only real difference is that My Idol has a very cute romance in it while Idolm@ster is more about friendship.

Both are super cute romances set around baking where the main characters also live together and there's a warm feeling about chasing dreams throughout the whole show
