The problem isn’t the singing — it’s the one who’s singing it. Imagine being at a protest against a regime…
There were two purposes for Khanin to sing the protest song. First to show compassion and solidarity with the miners plight and second to diffuse the situation. And from the viewer's standpoint to listen to NuNew's fabulous voice.
I think a lot of commenters forget that this is a fantasy. Go watch Silkwood or Norma Rae if you want realism.
WHERE'S MY RAMILTAI SCENES AAAAAA WDYM THEY HAD ZERO INTERACTIONS IN THIS EP 😭
They aren't going to be a part of every episode. They are a secondary couple. But this is the first episode where they haven't had at least a few minutes of screen time. There are episodes in which they've had as much as 20 minutes of screen time which is a lot for a secondary couple in a BL.
Not sure if they are a permanent paired acting couple, but if they are they will probably be in a BL series in the future. You can watch that.
If commenting on the protest scene . I’m not sure if you look around the globe lately with protest that happening…
Someone who gets it. Being an old grandma I've been to my fair share of political rallies in the 1960s and '70s. There was singing and sometimes accompaniment. Hippies with guitars and tape machines. 🙂
honestly I get Khanin wanted to calm the situation but he gave them promise he couldn't fulfill without his grandpa's…
Grandpa is going to be retired, assassinated or in jail within a few episodes. The whole plot of TNP is the competition to replace him.
Prince Tharin's kingdom is the richest of the four with its gold mining operations. And even if Khanin doesn't win the competition for him (which I'm pretty sure he will) Tharin does have the authority to do something about mine safety and air pollution. He's just been intimidated by the king, unlike his son.
Might be different if he had to borrow money to do these things.
So either way Khanin will help his father make the changes that will not only be good for the people but will also ensure that the mines can operate safely
I don’t understand why everytime someone has an opinion on here that isn’t necessarily positive or in complete…
A lot of people here whining and moaning are trolls and haven't even watched the series. If they have a criticism of something that occurred in an episode you can at least tell that person watched it. If all they say it is boring, they hate Zee and NuNew then I don't even know why they're here. If they actually saw an episode and hate it then they should drop it if they're that unhappy.
Just rate it low. Indicate you dropped it in your profile if you have one and be on your way.
nu new sings literally middle of drama it literally gave me bollywood thing like singing middle of the episode…
Nu sang in Cutie Pie too. He's a singer and a damned good one. Viewers would be bummed if he didn't sing. Looking forward to their next series which is going to be a musical.
Sounds like you've had a lot of bad sex in your life. My condolences.
I've been on the internet since before there was a graphic interface. I can work with computers in DOS and UNIX. Had my first PC in 1982. Ever hear of a Pine mailbox? Sonny you are confusing me with someone who GAF about your opinion.
You've never been to a protest where people sing? There's a long history of protest songs. I guess I must be old.
Sounded like protest song to me. Not Broadway at all. I've seen enough Broadway plays to know the difference. I've also been to more protests than the average person.
Much as I hate the NC scenes in this one, I’ll give them one excuse - barely an excuse, to be clear, since they’re…
Of course it's stylized. Gay sex or straight sex people don't part and stare at each other in the middle.
And I have to say that I've never sat there asking anyone to paint me before having sex. Or use a paint brush as a sex toy. Maybe Bill Clinton has. 🤔
But I still don't criticize it. It's a TV show and obviously not real life.
How many people do you know that were kidnapped out of their childhood home and suddenly found out they were a Prince? TNP is supposed to be a fantasy.
And I'm great at multitasking so I watch YouTube videos when I'm going between meetings. As I said I'm old and have had a few eye surgeries so I have a driver. I don't speak Thai, and read the subtitles. Can't do that if I'm driving a car.
Sounds like you've had a lot of bad sex in your life. My condolences.
I'm old enough to be your grandma and then some. I don't discuss my sex life either but suffice it to say I've been having it since long before you were born.
Net and JJ were in the protest scene. Who do you think was singing Whispers in the Mist? I have to admit this episode Ramil and Paytai only had a blink and you missed it moment In the fencing scene, but it was a telling one. Paytai refusing to even look at Rachata while he was praising him and saying he wouldn't be getting any punishment because he was encouraging Ramil to take his fencing lessons more seriously. What an a-hole.

So stick to the subject.
PS LinkedIn is for people who have to solicit for a job. I haven't had a resume since my twenties.
At my age being child-free is a permanent situation, at yours maybe maybe not.
My eyes are good after the surgery but I got spoiled having a driver so when I have meeting days I have a chauffeur to drive me around town.
In any event this has gotten way past anything to do with TNP. And even if I'm up for good alley fight at any time not here.
PS I'm 72, so not quite as old as your grandma. But I'm a cool 72 who has had a fascinating life and still does.
You also remind me of why I elected to remain child free. Cats are easier and cuter. And master's degrees are more useful.
And I have to say that I've never sat there asking anyone to paint me before having sex. Or use a paint brush as a sex toy. Maybe Bill Clinton has. 🤔
