Ok. After today’s episode…. I think the thriller plot will just be brushed off…. It won’t be as intricate and as detailed as the built-up…… 😔😔😔😔 with only 70-80 mins left…. Almost won’t be wrapped up properly given the trailers.

I actually rewatched the whole thing for technicalities… and I realised they used the jargon; “mouse-warehouse” in episode 20… with regards to the 40 mil…. Which is basically front-running…. This actually points to insider trading…. But I’ve never seen a plot whereby insider trading can last for years esp in a market like China, their regulations are almost solely focused on preventing this because they totally shun upon speculations and bubbles esp. insider trading…. It actually seems more like a Ponzi scheme….. they probably used the 40 million to payout as dividends over the years once problems surfaced……..? Hence why the money is gone according to Su Wen.

XYN died way before the Anhe Travel suspension happened, and in reality you can’t predict the speculation bursting a few months ahead, if you can you don’t need to stage your own murder, in the contrary you most likely would have made a fortune. Audit team is only looking at company’s internal finances and documents…. Which makes it super difficult to prove insider trading… they have been hinting that this is a snowball meaning it has been happening for a few yrs, I.e since XYN has been using RZZ’s ID.. so it needs to be insider trading that has been happening for yrs…. (Which in itself already doesn’t make sense for Mainland)
And the whole Lu Yang and “client list” thing really doesn’t fit….. Lu Yang’s actions really doesn’t point to insider trading…. It actually looks more like esponiage. 🤣

Oh yes!! True that. That was totally wot I thought too at first glance. But I could still them apart coz Nam Joo Hyuk was really very skinny/lean when I first saw him on-screen. Paul Ahn had a bit more baby fat when I first saw him on-screen with Jackson Wang being his roommate so his facial features appear a bit softer and less prominent.
