Lol. Look at it after this finishes airing and decide then… Peng Guan Ying was obsessed with her there… like it was way past love…. It was an obsession…. And it wasn’t exactly 2-ways…
But damn…. Peng Guan Ying is a damn good actor… and coz Elvira Cai looks really compatible with him physically/visually…. Like she’s tall and has a very easily acceptable face…. The chemistry was just crazy man…. But that plot was crazy messed up.
Xiao Wu's character and the whole police stuff was very annoying, tbh. I wish they had focused more on the main…
Their chemistry is just off the charts man…. And the sexual tension….. 😳😳😳 damns… their acting is just crazily amazing… they remind me of Hyun Bin and Son Ye Jin (esp after watching the BTS clips for this drama and Unexpected Falling)…. I hope they’d go out in real life… 😍😍😍

Only comment about this drama is I wish they put in slightly more budget…. Like this is obviously slightly lower budget versus The Confidence…. It doesn’t have to be a lot.. just probably at the level of The Confidence…

LOL same!!! It happened to me for quite a few dramas….. seriously Netflix has ruined it for all of us…… me for sure…. I was crazy and watched until like 6am for like The Rebel Princess and more recently like…. My Liberation Notes… I enjoy a super wide genre…. There were others… but these 2 and even this one is one of the super memorable ones. I think I binged Unexpected Falling in one go…. Like… the first 22 episodes? Until 8 am or something…. 🤣🙈🙆🏻♀️

Ah… so you liked The Confidence… I read the comments and realised they were really pretty polarising…. But more importantly I’m just tired of drug and crime dramas from Mainland productions because they are so dry and one-dimensional….. Also, the ending is always so predictable….
This one is really a thriller without no cops nor drugs for the time being…. Like it’s amazing and so refreshing!
