A bit more bearable...

I am really liking Jang Nara in this role. I still wish the main lead was another actor, but at least he seemed to calm down a bit in this episode.

Lucky...

She needs to be out of the company ASAP after that stunt she pulled! Drunk or not! But that call at then has my blood boiling. This girl is too darned lucky. Maybe her luck level goes hand in hand with how loud she is.

Still Aaron's character is adorable! Yes, I'm totally biased. I can't help it since some things he has done have made me laugh.

P.S. Still wondering why I am liking this since I can't stand most of the useless female cast.

Why...?

1. Why is she so in love with Xiao Lu?

2. If she's so in love with him, why can't she tell he's always been right there?

3. Why does he even love her?

4. Why is he trying to change himself for the whiny witch with capital B, a.k.a. Tao Zi?

5. Why does he just tell her "Look Whiny Witch with a capital B, I'm your beloved Xiao Lu"? It's not like he really has anything to loose when someone can't tell the right hand from the left one.

6. And more importantly, why am I actually enjoying this drama? lol

I figured it out

I really like this drama. I love the soundtrack, the dark theme, Sung Dong Il, and Lee Joon, but something was just not clicking for me.

So while discussing the drama with oorie gunnie (Chingu like unni) it popped up!

The main actor, Yoon Sang Hyun, definitely looks the "Mad Monk" part. He really looks bada*s, but the whole effect is ruined once he opens his mouth! I just don't believe he's an angry and bada*s person. Maybe a silent and mysterious character would have been better. He is not a bad actor, it's just his voice doesn't fit the part.

And yes, the barista is hawt, but you don't want to mess around with him...lol

They did it...

They really killed off Wang Yu. I thought they wouldn't, but they did.

Witch!

I really wanted to hit someone in this episode. I wasn't sure who, the guard or Sol Hi. That ungrateful, jealous witch.

I wanted to scream at her that she feels out of place because she's not in her place! She just put Solnan's life in danger because of her stupid jealousy.

Very good

Well, this certainly was an exciting and tragic episode. I do wish Kuchon hadn't been rendered useless once he saw how they mutilated his wife. Also, if I had been their friends/neighbors... I would have ran for the hills... Just sayin'.

Still, I can't wait to see what happens next!

Jealousy...

I love Ryu Soo Young, but his character is making me want to slap him...lol He's letting jealousy cloud his judgement.

"I'm back!"

I liked the face off at the end when In Hyun is back inside the palace. And I love how "Dong Yi" treats JOJ like JOJ treated In Hyun.

I wish Queen In Hyun would tell JOJ, "Thanks for keeping my seat warm..."

Gaksital is still one of my favorite dramas from currently airing batch.

Joo Won is amazing! That scene with the "Bingo" wink...*sigh*

Shunji...meh...

What was that?

That had to be one of the worst cliffhangers ever... Kim Sun Ah and her army of unstoppable tears. *rolls eyes*

I love Lee Jang Woo, but how could his character not know what a sonogram looks like at his age? LOL

Lee Jang Woo *sigh*

My main reason for watching this show is Lee Jang Woo and I loved him! The morning after...his face was hilarious..lol So cute...Ok now that I've fangirled, the first episode was somewhat funny, but it was better than I thought it would be. It will be ok as long as Kim Sun Ah doesn't use that whiny voice she does. I found the "mommy" guy pretty funny with his mamma's boy tales.

Why don't they just shoot?

The first episode was full action and that was nice, but there were so many "WTF?!?!? moments" and not the good kind that surprise you and leave you in awe.

Like why are they emptying rounds on each other without a care for the innocent bystanders and then when they have very, very open and clear shots, they don't shoot.

Also, if she's kicking the crap out of the baddie, why the heck does she stop the hand on hand combat to grab her gun, reload it, while the guy runs away from her?

Why is she standing just shooting still while the other bad guy, who by the way in the opening scene I thought looked cool (I have a thing for baddies, dressed in black and who know the walk...sue me...lol), is backing a truck at high speed directly where she is? I wouldn't be amazed if the truck was bulletproof. and does she think she's wonder woman?

Why would she tell a boy, who she just got back and important key witness to top it all off, to go ahead and wait for her downstairs? Why? Does she even have a brain? lol

But I'm suspending my disbelief and trying to enjoy the show...I really am..lol

That person is Ha Na...

So he did see them! That's maybe why he looks so distracted in the following scenes. But what will happen now? Did he go forward with the wedding and plan on telling him, he and Ha Na shouldn't be together? He knows better than anyone how it feels to be separated from someone he loves. So I wonder, will he do, what a lot of us will probably categorize as the "selfish" thing (even if we know his history) or will he say that him and Yoon Hee getting married is not a reason why they (Ha Na and Joon) shouldn't be together? Which to me it isn't either since they are not blood related, they are both adults, and they met before their parents reunited.

This drama is still surprising me and the acting is still as strong as it was in the first episode. I love how at the end they do that close up when they are sitting in front of each other.

I wonder what will happen?! There was no preview, so the ending was a bigger cliffhanger since I don't even have a hint. Only 6 episodes to go! Time went by fast!

Amazing....

I was glued to the screen the whole episode. This is probably the only drama I've watched with the most amazing beginning. It was like watching a movie and the effects were awesome!
