I think I might just like this...

I love the chemistry these four guy friends have when they are together. There were some pretty funny scenes. I couldn't laugh like I wanted to since it's 3 AM here. And like purplenette mentioned, I also like that it's a more mature drama.

Depressed...

I should have known from the moment that glare of sunlight was ever present when he was kissing Jae Shin... That's one of the signs that the character will die... I remember another drama with light...last year....tragic death...-_-;

This was a well done episode, BUT I hate how these writers just took away my favorite character from me. I had to cover my mouth or else I would have woken everyone up crying like the freaking "Llorona", but instead of saying "my children, my children" I was saying "Not my Eun Shi Kyung!" *sigh* I'm trying not to delude myself into thinking he will appear somehow....I'm so heartbroken.

And just what the hell is wrong with people? How can they let that psycho go free? And omo, omo... That guy smiling when the "terrorist" attack was on the news...Omo... I wanted to kick him where it hurts the most and then some...

I don't even know what to write besides "Bring oorie Eun Shi Kyung back!!!!!"

*Sigh*

I really thought that because I had already watched the Taiwanese version and knew how he treated her that I wouldn't be so sensitive about it with this version.... But Jang Nara does the role so well that it gets to me. She's so pitiful.

This was the best episode so far, I only cringed twice, maybe thrice, at Jang Hyuk's acting! *throws a party* That's a huge improvement.

Cuteness Galore!

I'm dying because of all the cuteness in this episode!

But jinjja! Yoo Jin Woo! He really needs to stop sticking his nose in other people's business and needs to stop using people too! He gets more hateful by the second.

Also, I wondering if Comfo's president had something to do with Lee Min Seok's family going bankrupt and his hyung knows? Maybe he's plotting something...? Like he knows his dongsaeng is sweet, easy going and wins people over (the opposite of him) so he needed him to get people to trust him or something?

"I'm in love with this woman...."

I think I realized why I wasn't swept away by this drama from the beginning, besides the bad special effects. It doesn't have that Goryo period sageuk feel I love. And although the music is not bad, I like it, it doesn't help me get in the right mood.

Having said that, I liked this episode more than the others. I wasn't silly funny, but it still had some humor in it at the end. I laughed when Choi Young said he was in love with Eun Soo because, although it will very possibly happen in future episodes, he's right now all about honor and keeping his word.

I also liked his one man (actually two man, but the boy wasn't as active as Choi Young) rescue mission. I was very much smitten with Lee MinHo while he was going around killing an army. That sounds kind of wrong....lol!

I'm looking forward to watching ep. 6 because from what I saw in the previews, she does not get at all the reasons why he declared his love for her. He had to do it. The evil man, whose name just went poof from my head, couldn't risk killing her if he wants Choi Young on his team and Choi Young knew this.

A Man and his... Betty

I love this show! Apart from it being hilarious and showing us their bachelor adventures, I love that she hasn't fallen head over heels for him overnight even though he's, in very own way, courting her.

Time has passed and she's even still crushing on Tae San. But in this episode, they show how he's slowly getting under her skin. She buys things that remind her of him and even buys a magazine which has a feature story on him. Not only that, she imagines him saying what she's reading and then wonders about the voice over. Funny and cute.

I wonder what the story behind Yoon is. Everyone can tell he's attracted to Mae Ri, even before the car scene...lol And the wedding picture. I want to know more about him.

And I also wonder if Tae San's reactions when it comes to Do Jin and Yi Soo are just out of concern for his friend or jealousy at some unconscious level?

Learning about history is acquiring power...

I love this drama. It gets better with each episode and these two main characters have so much chemistry together.

I loved the scene where her friend/manager offers him a ride to the park after she sees the two of them together. And how Hee Jin acts as if she's an embarrassing parent who just caught her red handed doing things she shouldn't be doing. I also love her lie, how she says he's helping her to learn about history for her drama. (I think that's what she says since she yells "yeoksa"). Although technically it wasn't a lie since he was looking up Joseon's history during king Suk Jong's reign, even if she wasn't.

I thought it was sort of ironic how she was so depressed when she finds out he died a certain day when he was already dead long before she was born.

And also, how he managed to survive a poisoning because he threw out the food (poor rats who did eat it) he was given since he already knew how he died. I wonder what changes that will bring to the history, since something already changed when he didn't die poisoned like he originally did.

Did THAT happen?

I'm totally confused, did that scene mean they slept together? He had not shirt on... *sigh* I'll just have to wait and see if there's a baby bump or they at least say in some vague playful manner that they did.

And I did not like the way the secretary is acting, I do not like it one bit, especially after seeing the previous. Why on earth would he even tell that guy who was acting just a little bit like a lunatic- I have no idea how he didn't notice getting all agitated and stuff because he would accept a "gift" that apparently costs THAT much- that location? He should have been more alert, I mean he has worked with two kings, now three, as far as I know.

And omo, Lee Yoon Ji was so great, especially in that scene, I could feel her desperation.

Might be a keeper...

I have to admit the drama, had a very strong start. The only problem I have with it, so far, is Lee Seung Ki playing the same character he always does. But I feel Ha Ji Won will serve as the perfect buffer. Of course this is, if her character remains as badass as she was in this episode. I loved her scenes . And I especially loved the ending scene, which is what I had been wanting to do myself since the very first scene oorie main lead actor appeared.

Aigo...

It's official, we have reached the halfway week episodes... Out spunky and likable girl, in clingy no self respect stalker-ish nightmare. At least it didn't last for long since he caved in. I do not want to know what would have happened if he hadn't.

I want some more!

When I decided to give this drama a try, I didn't think I would like it. But it's hilarious! I hope it doesn't start get bad halfway through it. The last scene was funny! Was Tae San just shocked or did he get a bit jealous when she was "declaring" Do Jin ssi was her world? lol And I wonder what's up with Yoon? I want to see more!

"Thank You for breaking up with me"

Omo, it was so sad when she said "Thank you for breaking up with me" to In Ha after she found out Joon and Ha Na are in love.

I thought it was ironic and hilarious when Hye Jung says to In Ha "You are pathetic." because he's staring longingly at Yoon Hee's back. What right does she have to say that? Does she even know that she's the pathetic one? And why does she have to make everyone else's life as miserable as hers is? She has no one to blame, but herself and the choices she made.

And Tae Sung saying to Yoon Hee that Ha Na's boyfriend is not for her and then to Ha Na that she needs to think about her mom. How big of a loser do you have to be to do that? I'm glad Yoon Hee had a chat with Ha Na and told her to put herself first since she knew the reason why she finally found out why she had been so miserable.

And HaNa omo, I don't remember she crying in this episode, except in some flashbacks .Must be a first!

Joon saw that there was something wrong with Yoon Hee when she only said thank you and no other comments about him being there. And Ha Na encountered the witch and she obviously will not leave it alone,in the preview I saw her lying in bed with her IV...again and Joon taking Ha Na away from his mother....again.

"I don't feel anything"

It completely broke my heart when he got drunk and went to the house, hugged her like he never wanted to let her go and then said "I don't feel anything".

I can't wait for ep. 13 with the ending this one had. I wonder if all 4 will meet even when Joon keeps taking Ha Na away from their parents.

Interesting..

I love that they have done a different take on someone who finds himself on another time than they have in Rooftop Prince. It hasn't been overly comedic, but it's still interesting to watch how he observes and learns the ways of modern Seoul, from dressing himself in modern clothes to how to lock a door.

I thought the car scene was cute and even though the guy isn't eyecandy, I liked the little smile he had while she buckled and unbuckled him. He seemed to be enjoying it. He also finds her confusion amusing, even though he's going through the same thing and even more, since he's the one who's being taken out of his element.

Still strong...

I loved when the king told Jae Ha it was idiocy for a man his age to call himself cute. I couldn't stop laughing.

I also thought the jealousy outbursts were funny. But why can't he just accept he likes her without being an idiot and playing stupid games. He still needs to grow up and mature...

I loved how Kang Suk read the letter...lol
