Yepp also people bringing that he only realized it after fan's analysis is wrong. His wording suggest he felt the discomfort but he doesn't have omnipresent viewpoint of what's really happening so he gaslighted himself that he is being oversensitive. it is only after he watched the show fully with many scenes of them talking behind his back and how they were laughing and isolating him that things clicked for him. This is also why it took him three months to speak up cuz he was still processing it until that last ep and that award show segment came which confirmed to him what was happening especially when audience also mentioned that he is being mocked so he felt seen that's why he said everyone's analysis and not just what his fans said

Let's see how this turns out. Reuters are really pretty so if drama isn't shooted well then blame goes to this director. He isn't that known for romance dramas but he is great at action scenes so we can at least get cool xjx battle scenes. And I get you about how his time is being wasted if they keep dragging it to so many months when his screentime is less so I hope he wraps up earlier than mzy

No I think my wording was confusing so let me explain in detail. I meant Didi said back in WT that he will be filming his next drama till July (jmdh didn't start shooting that time) so we thought maybe he himself was guessing that time cuz melons were saying jmdh will shoot from Feb 20 for 4 four months (till June) but now mzy in H!6 also said how her current drama she is shooting will wrap up at the end of July and she will join another group mid August so ig those melons were wrong cuz both Didi and mzy has now confirmed July in different shows. WT s2 is rumored to shoot in Q3 of this year (Sept)
Meng ziyi on H!6 said she will wrap up end of July to join another drama mid Aug and Didi has also said back in Jan in his variety show (wander together) that he will be shooting in July so ig this will shoot for more than 5 months till July

Maybe director is too much perfectionist but tbh this drama shooting is more relaxing for wang hedi. Sometimes he only shoot 1-2 scenes in a day. He has been very busy lately from his concert to variety shows to roadshows for his movie to now drama shooting. He didn't get much rest so now at least he has some time for himself. Also xjx screentime is not that much in the story and I feel drama is also following the novel very closely. They might expand his character role a bit more but it won't be too many scenes of him in every ep
