A very cool little detail I noticed in episode 16 during the conversation between Song Mo and the Crown Prince. Song Mo lied about a lot of things to the Crown Prince and after he tells each lie, the crowd starts applauding and roaring in appreciation. For example, he tells the Crown Prince that the actors in the theatre were spoiled by him but they're not actually actors but soldiers of the Ding Army who were undercover. It was as if the conversation became the play the audience in Guanghe Theatre were watching and each applause was meant to show that Song Mo had successfully deceived the Prince about his intentions. The screenwriting in this show is absolutely brilliant!
i thought she would at least make an effort to prevent the known deaths but she just lets them die.
I like that this drama took this approach, too many rebirth cdramas have the FL overcome every challenge because she knows the outcome and tbh, it makes their characters too mary sue-ish and boring.
By looking at the trailers and the synopsis, will they get another chance? I see some trailers where FL with hair…
I feel like that particular scene where she runs to hug him might be a dream. It happens in the same place that he dreams about her after he nearly died while saving the little girl from getting trampled by a horse and she tells him to stay alive since they haven't met yet and then hands him her fragrance thingy. Maybe he eventually remembers their past life when the hughappens π€·ββοΈ
That means he gets poisoned and doesn't have long to live.
This!! Grey haired Song Mo is a spectacular vision but it just means he's going to die young. Judging from the trailers and teasers seen his hair gets grey again. Atp, (and I sincerely hope not!) we might be getting an ending like WRTW where the ML had only a few years of happiness before he dies.
Really! a pre-teen business magnate? Did anyone in the production not think how ridiculous this looks. Granted…
I believe her mothers family are merchants. Her maternal uncle who should have taken over the family business chose to join the civil service and become an official, so she and her Uncle 's only child decided to learn the family business and eventually take over when they were older and more capable. What's illogical about that?
Her step sis looks and feel so different from episode 1!!! It is the same gal rightπ π€£π
Because of the deal the FL and her grandma made with the Wang family to punish her step mother after her mother committed suicide, her step sis was raised by someone else in this new timeline and that's why she's different
Can someone put in perspective why FL seems to be emotionally "stuck" on SML? She knows what he did to her in…
She spent 17 years of her life living with him as her close companion (unlike her husband who she spent much less time with and who also lived in another house) because of that, she's more attached to SRQ and feelings like that are hard to get rid of.
Also remember that in current timeline, her "past" is still in the future. The events that made SRQ to manipulate her haven't happened and probably won't if she makes different choices. She probably doesn't know that SRQ might have also transmigrated with her and PWX so why would she hold the present version of him accountable for something that technically hasn't even happened yet.
