Hi! Did you buy the book in Thai or is it an official translation in English? If so, could you link me to the…
Np. You can also buy it through the MEB ebook app (in fact, you can buy other translated BLs there too like 2gether, How to Lure etc.), but the price there is exuberant (It's like $10). So you're better off buying it on Amazon.

I found a show that's closest to a Kdrama of my wish -> Superhero team Kdrama. lool And it's good too! I'm liking it so far.

I wish someday SK would make a Kdrama that follows a Superhero. Something like a Korean version of Spiderman following a high school kid who moonlights as a superhero. xD

maybe if you give 7 or 6 i can still understand. but 1 ???
For me, I rate Kdramas based on these (I have different expectations from dramas of other countries btw, for e.g I generally have low expectations from Thai & Chinese dramas so I rate them generally more leniently than Korean ones) :
Excellent dramas with barely any flaws: 9.5-10
Great dramas that could've been better but was executed with flaws: 8-9
Decent dramas that have a lot of potential but failed: 6-7
Mediocre/average dramas with lots of flaws but isn't a complete trainwreck: 5-6
Bad dramas that have shitloads of flaws, plotholes, badly acted etc.: 3-4
Garbage: 1-2

This drama falls in 5-6 range for me.

I remember the first two weeks this drama had the ratings of 9.0 and i thought it stay that way joining the liked…
EXACTLY. I gave it a 9.5 for the first 2 episodes. Then it went downhill. I thought it'd be this warm story about growing up, finding your own place in this competitive world. But NAHHHH. They ruined everything.

I finally bought and finished the book. I loved it so much! Is there a sequel??? Mork is probably one of my fave BL characters ever. A very sincere, thoughtful, insightful guy. And IDK why peopeople are complaining about the casting. I could envision Fluke as Mork perfectly! In fact now I can't see anyone else playing Mork other than him. He just has that sweetness about him and perfectly suits Fluke's appearance.

I'm just here to give you your daily reminder that HJP is endgame. I'm 99% sure.
I put this drama on hold because NJH's character is so lacking in personality and I need HJP to be endgame esp considering the fact that he was the one who was trading letters with Dalmi and not Dosan lmao If he is, I'll resume watching it, if not. Then *sobs*

Hey! So how was the movie?
Horrible. A complete mess. Badly acted, badly directed, bad cinematography, terrible writing. One of the worst horror movie I've seen in the past few years (and horror is the genre I watch the most). No exaggerations.

it's not hot its toxic ?
Actually there are. There are multiple studies that have shown relationship between violence and video games. Here's just some of numerous examples - https://www.looper.com/70983/video-games-inspired-real-life-crimes/

You're blurring the lines between "consensual" and non-consensual. Rape fantasies are consensual fantasies, it's done upon their will ergo it's NOT rape. All the media you mentioned like 50 Shades series is BDSM, it's NOT rape. It's completely consensual. Role playing is NOT the same as non-consensual sexual assault. Also being popular does NOT justify the content, in fact popularity is completely irrelevant to how problematic a content is. There have been games about sexual assault (google Rapelay for e.g) that have gotten greenlit and popular.

Gu Hai raping BLY is NOT consensual. BLY is violently attacked and raped by GH in the books, he is kidnapped, chained upon the bed, and raped. He repeatedly cries and says no.

"When it's actual rape the victim is traumatized and the perpetrator doesn't do it out of love." - You just described Gu Hai raping BLY. He does it out of jealousy when BLY's ex-girlfriend comes back. BLY is incredibly traumatised after that his anus is completely torn because of the sodomy and he has to get treated by a doctor. Are you saying that's "hot"?

You did not answer my question - ask yourself would you be okay if a fiction portrayed a woman being kidnapped, bound by rope, while a guy rapes her and tears her butthole while she repeatedly cries and says no WITHOUT her consent. Keywords: Without her consent.

Using your logic of "it's just entertainment, meant for escapism", even the likes of paedophilia and zoophilia can be defended in books and TV shows. Books and movies about fantasising having sex with a 5 yr old or a dog is justifiable using your logic of "escapism".

Knowing something even in these forms of entertainment is wrong is not the same as thinking it's okay for these problematic content to exist because it's "just a show" just FYI.

It is the responsibility of the writer as well because they're making a very problematic material accessible to the public.

You might be able to distinguish fiction and reality. But many others can't. Why do you think there are thousands and millions of instances of people emulating fictional characters and committing crimes or other things? I'm not attacking you, I'm saying this type of content is never justified no matter what.
