What a mysterious exposition. So different to other Kdramas with the same premise. I love the fact that in this one, the hyperthymesia is rightfully taken as a medical condition because it is (usually occurs among people with OCD) rather than some kind of "superpower". I'm really liking the chemistry between the two leads as well, which was unexpected ngl
To top it off, the score is really good. I love the scores they used for the broadcast part and the flashback parts. The broadcasting part score reminds me of the HBO show the Newsroom, it's very newsy.
It's definitely one of the best 2020 has to offer so far.
Watching new BLs that start just makes me realise how depressing it's gonna be when 2gether ends. It's kinda upped…
So far only seen 1st episode and I like this as much as 2gether the Series. The main couple dynamics seems similar in both, they are rivals in both. They start off by pissing each other in both. And neither seems to be dominant over the other in both. The only problem I see with this is that there are 4 couple, so I'm so-so on how they'll jam in 4 couples in a possibly 11-12 episode show. It could either be really good or a total mess (like Why R U).
I haven't seen all of these dramas, but the ones I've seen I agree so much. Both the ML and FL in Another Oh Miss Haeyoung are disgusting characters and if they were real people I'd never associate with aholes like them. The ML is especially worse than the FL. They totally ruined that drama for me.
Here are some of my addition to this list:
Suzy in Dream High. I'm sorry, but I did not find myself empathising with her character at all. In fact I could see more of Eunjung's character's side than hers. She was a bitch at the beginning, and stayed a bitch until the final few episodes. I saw no character development for the entirety of the drama whatsoever until the end and it annoyed me.
Chae Soo Bin in Where Stars Land, especially near the beginning. She's an infuriating idiot. Impulsive, jumps into situation, gets herself in trouble and then blames people around her especially Lee Jae Hoon's character.
Another shitty heroine would be Moon Geun Yeung in Catch the Ghost. I stopped watching this show because her character made me wanna throttle someone. Similar to CSB, she's impulsive, rash, doesn't think at all and lands everyone around her into trouble.
Yoon So Yi in Goodbye Solo infuriated me with her constant change of mind especially near the end. If I was Chun Jung Myung's character, I'd ditch her ass in a minute.
Victoria Song in Find Yourself. Oh em gee, she's the epitome of a selfish character. She has no qualms against acting as someone else's fake GF, but she argues her actual BF over everything. And then she expects him to take her back at the end without opposition.
Gosh, I'm so old I started with Taiwanese dramas like Meteor Garden, Devil Beside You, and It Started with a Kiss...…
The production value was great for those drama during their time xD I wouldn't call it bad, just archaic.
I mean on Kdrama's side, BoF was among the best drama in terms of production value and style and flair. But now looking back at it, it's so cringy and awful. lol
It really is and it makes me sad but after watching so much, I've found that Thai horror is either a 7-10/10 or…
Yep. Thai horror when done right is superb, but when done wrong is SOO bad lol It's either amazing or terrible. No in between.
No problem! The first movie's standalone btw the 2nd and 3rd are connected though as the 3rd one's a prequel to the 2nd movie. The 2nd is amazing, it's so well acted and so well done as a whole in tackling the Asian black magic and curses myth.
Ohhh. Noted. IMO MDL is not the best place to scourge for popularity and quality xD There are so many bad dramas rated so highly, I don't even take the rating system here seriously anymore lol

Tossara's actually a fun show though. It's like a mix of 2 Moons with SOTUS. Not bad at all.
If you hate crappy FLs, I'd definitely say skip them lol It's not worth the anger.
