That's a really interesting discussion. Though we have to keep in mind that BL are, for some of these authors, a way to express their own fantaisies. Having them or/and writing them don't mean we want them to happen in real life. Like imagining having sex with two people or kissing another girl. We may have those thoughs, fantasize about it but we won't never try it in real life. I can love, for exemple, pushy seme or even find them hot (in a fictional world). Don't take it to heart :) As BL series have reached a larger audience and fujoshi're becoming picky, there will be more negative/neutral comments than before. You can compare with Sotus. Back then we were just a bunch of people fangirling over one of the only BL that aired and found everything awesome...xD (still my fav Thai show though). Our community is just growing (fortunetly and unfortunetly lol). 2gether is a cute serie, not perfect for sure but better than most BL out there (and I'm a picky fujo).
I was impatient to watch the episode 7, but I'm a little bit disappointed. I find it rushed? A pity because I really loved the episode 6. Despite that, the show is still enjoyable and entertaining :)

The only thing that helps me months ago was reading other well-known c-novels. I was surprised at how some plots/characters were so unforgetable & enjoyable. Novelupdates is THE paradise :)
You won't see (for now) real BL from c-drama (with kiss kiss I love u). But if your question was "is it a social bromance" (no kiss but u can see the deepness of the cp relationship as in the Untamed), I don't know yet. Only few episodes out, so It's hard to see if it's a bro or a bro ++

A brief summary: One month ago, a fanfiction of YiZhan (Xiao zhan and Wang Yibo) was published on AO3 (famous not Chinese platform), telling the story of them falling in love, XZ a transgenre and Yb a High-schooler. I'm not really sure about the story itself, I haven't read it but It seemed pretty popular. Xfx (Xiao Zhan fans) were shocked at the content (u know China isn't tolerant about some matters) and to protect Xz's, reported the fanfiction and the author. The Police closed the account and maybe others that were publishing "offensive content". Some days after the platform AO3, where millions Chinese loved to go to share their works, discussions...was shut down. It was one on the only free "spot" for ppl that wanted to avoid the censorship. The AO3 fans all blamed Xiao Zhan for the shut down because he couldn't "manage" and guide his 24 MILLION fans well. Bring to this fanwars the antis + the "paid" haters ready to slander Xz everwhere and you have a big mess... Xiao Zhan become the bait - Haters make money on this crisis ( bad buzz > $$$ much more than good news) - the Ao3 community vent his frustration on Xz the easy target because they can't possibly go against the c-system (u know what I mean), - And antis /jealous ppl enjoying their time by spreading negativity.... Though 1) The "purge" and shut down by the Police had been already scheduled by China way before the report of xfx 2) Of course it's ridiculous to blame an ACTOR bc he can't "guide" (lol this word... his 24 MILLION of fans...Well I have so many things to say but I'll stop lol.
