Just finished episode 6 and looking at the preview for the next episode/s, not sure if my judgement is correct, as I have not completed the drama yet, so I stand to be corrected, but I think this drama could’ve ended with 8 episodes. Judging by that preview it feels like it’s going to be repetitive and unnecessary dragging of the daughter being taken again and ml trying to find her. I’m deflated to continue, I don’t want to leave another drama hanging, but the pull to watch has been cut on episode 6 with that preview. It would’ve been nice maybe if he reconciled with his daughter, then he shows no mercy for those who took her, like towards the father of that bully who thinks he runs the world.
Also, how is she ok? With everything that happened to her.

Wait uhm…did I check out the correct “Starry Love”? Xianxia genre? Wasn’t ready for that lol 😅. I know you said different theme but wasn’t ready for a Xianxia. Nothing against Xianxia genre, love them and Wuxia. Will check it out though. Thanks for the heads up

Just finished “To Fly with You” and was looking for something similar, guess this is not it huh. I hate fl who are bullies, so this one may not be my cup of tea.
This was beautiful. Beautiful 🥰. Didn’t like the beginning of their fake relations, their contract relationship, the way he was treating her like a servant and she allowed that, that time she was doing him a favour by being in that contract relationship. But off course when they became a real couple, their relationship was beautiful, the moment they started dating it was just sweet, fluffy slice of life relationship, my cup of tea. I love these slice of life relationships type of stuff like ‘You Are My Glory”. They solved an issue that in your typical C-drama could’ve caused a breakup or drift but they dealt with it like mature adults who are in a relationship (when the ml pursued). The sport aspect was also good. Love American sports movies, have never actually watched an Asian sports drama or movie. The mother son forgiveness moment had me in serious tears damn 😭, it hit deep cause I could relate.
It might take you a lifetime to finish this one 😂. Not encouraging at all as I was going through the comments to see if I want to start this one. Normally try not to be swayed by comments because we have different taste but your comment was hilarious.
I read a comment that Bai Lu may be retiring. Said to be a rumour. Does anyone know of this? My heart would break if she were to retire, she’s my favourite actress 🥺
