I just finished the last two episodes, and I feel the ending was a bit disappointing. The couples all coupled up. BUT, the main couple only just becomes boyfriend and girlfriend in the last 5 minutes? And then there's a 5 year time skip, so we miss all the dating and marriage?
Still, I really enjoyed the show. I want to live in that house.
Episodes 5 and 6 bored me, because I'm not interested in all the other side stories. I like the FL and the Preacher. But Som-i's backstory is dragging out too long. And I want the stray dogs to have more of a storyline. At this point, I only care about the stray dogs.
Leaving my brain at the coat check, episode 5. WTH?
1. I found Ep. 5 boring. There was way too much Hell (TM). First we get a narrator telling us all the Hells in Hell (TM). Then our four unclassified people get a tour of all the Hells in Hell (TM). Then we see way too many people being tortured in all the different Hells in Hell (TM). We didn't follow that many people getting into Heaven (TM).
2. I wasn't surprised that the same actor played the President of Heaven (TM) and the King of Hell (TM). He's not God, so what is he?
3. Once again, the writer keeps breaking their own rules for Heaven (TM) and Hell (TM), just to make the story go wherever they want. It's annoying me. If you're going to break a rule, just don't have that rule. It seems anyone can get on and off the subway in Hell (TM), so why does everyone say it's impossible.
4. Som-i went to Heaven (TM) by mistake and can't remember anything about her past. But suicide guy from Ep. 4 went to Heaven from Hell and remembered everything. People who should be in Heaven and went to Hell (TM) by mistake seem to remember everything. The writer is not consistent.
5. The dogs can transform into humans at will in Heaven (TM), but change when crossing a line in Hell (TM).
6. Maybe Som-I is the old caretaker's daughter who used to take care of old ML on Earth? Maybe she came along sometimes to the FL's house and stole something? That would send her to Hell (TM). Also, being in the FL's house would mean that Sonya would recognize her. ML maybe didn't really see her but kinda recognized her, but FL never met her.
7. The King is big now. I think he's going to catch ML in his giant hand before ML hits the Lava.
8. How come ML has so much access to the President of Heaven (TM)? And how come he can go back to Earth all the time. I know he's the mail man, but now he delivers photos to funerals? And he can use his glasses to see into the past and talk to people. Why is he getting special treatment? And why isn't ML spending all his time in Heaven (TM)?
9. And what's with the female Hell person taking measurements of the car? There were no cars in Hell (TM).
Random thought and I doubt they'll touch on it in the drama but if they do I'd be surprised.I wonder how the workers…
ML is a worker in Heaven (TM). He even said that everyone had to have a job. So I suspect the Hell (TM) workers were also sent to Hell (TM). They did their punishment, and now get their jollies inflicting it on others. That doesn't make sense. I don't know.
I just finished episode 4 and . . . the original couple are annoying the crap out of me. They barge into Takuzo's home. They're slobs. He's not. They don't do chores. They think they can just say, "I'm sorry" after not hanging up his wet laundry, and it will all be better. Takuzo is so lonely and a pushover. And he doesn't realize his co-worker is hitting on him.
And did the writer forget Shinpei buried a body?
I thought the premise of this show was interesting, but the 3 main characters are so annoying that I'm not sure I'm going to stick with the show. So far, my favorite character is still the dead bunny.
Shoddy world building by the writer, I agree.
The bride and her brother in weren't supposed to be able to get the bank account documents from their mother, either.
FL was not supposed to have any aches or pains, or so she was told at her funeral. Then she gets to Heaven (TM) and has lots of aches and pains.
Someone who's supposed to be in Hell and gets to Heaven has no memories (Som-i), but the guy with the knife remembered everything.
And here I thought that room was CGI.
Where in the scene is the cameraman?
Still, I really enjoyed the show. I want to live in that house.

The main thing is that Som-i shows up and is all over the husband because he saved her from going to hell. Only we don't know who Som-i is yet.
And dogs and cats can take human form. There's a trio of strays that have a much bigger role than I would have thought.
