This one is the best so far. It’s like producers finally understand that the biggest selling point is the relationship and it’s true Double A nature.

Who is saying Mu Yumo is a simp and has no backbone? 🤔
She clearly and straightforwardly confronts Tang Lianyue about his avoiding her and when he can’t give a definitive answer, she cuts romantic ties. That’s not simp behaviour at all.

Also, I don’t know what this editor is trying to achieve with this half-baked unrequited love storyline made from cutting out scenes. There’s no need to add such a melodramatic flavour. Not when this pairing is essentially one of star-crossed lovers- their identities will create all the tension and the audience already knows there will be bumps and bruises once reality hits. It just depends on whether the pair can survive long enough to work things out.

It’s not based on screen time. It’s based on the official billing order- at least the first two are.

That’s because they cut the scenes that show Mu Yumo as a more balanced character. Some of them have been released but only if you pay for them.

She’s the FL due to her industry rating/ranking not due to seniority. The ML and the FL each have their own pairing. MYM’s partner is Tang Lianyue. It’s cute and funny dynamic. A warning though that she’s not in it much.

Tang Lianyue’s actor is a newcomer but hopefully he’ll get bigger roles after this. Yumo’s actress is a leading actress already. She’s the FL of Goodbye My Princess and Jun Jiu Ling and also the FL of the upcoming Love and Crown. There are quite a few people on Weibo who hope that MYM and TLY can act together again.

I can’t remember when the part in the clips was filmed but I remember seeing the filming leak. It was of the 2nd take. I think this show was the most wirework she’s ever done so hopefully it’s not as scary for her anymore.

I think so but it’s hard to tell. The show has been messing with her character arc, turning her into a purely romantic setting, so I don’t know if they’ll show her becoming the Mu Family Head.

In the drama, Mu Yumo and Tang Lianyue met again. And outside the drama, Peng Xiao Ran and Zhang Shi An arrived in Henan for an offline event + magazine shoot tomorrow !

Don’t know about the assassination bits but I thought they got together in middle age. Mu Yumo ends up head of the Mu family for a while but they reunite once everything is over.
