I just posted (a link) that Single's Inferno has become the first unscripted Netflix Korea show to be renewed for a 4th season, but the post was removed????
I'm starting episode 4 and I have to say that t I really prefer watching mostly Korean things vs Japanese. Don't get me wrong there's some good Japanese shows out there but not the dating ones...
I have mixed feelings about him because while he seemed nice on occasion, HE and Habin tried to spin that bullcrap and convince Gwan Hee that Hyeseon was extremely interested in Won Ik, almost like they were purposely toying with her and Gwan Hee 's relationship.
Now that the show is over and Gwan Hee and Hyeseon have seen the episodes of them doing that, I wonder what they really think of them? This could have potentially altered the outcome between them. Thankfully Gwan Hee asked Hyeseon about what they said however it still could have left lingering doubts for him and wrecked things unnecessarily...
He also tried to help Minji interfere in between Hyeseon and Gwan Hee by going and talking her up to Gwan Hee and saying all of these positive things about how great she was and how she liked him so much (yada yada). So they were all aware that Hyeson was only into Gwan Hee and Gwan Hee was constantly thinking about Hyeseon. Kind of like yeah Hyeseon might like you but Minji REALLY likes you so give her a chance instead.
I really thought she would have been good with Jinyoung (Dex) but that didn't work out. Maybe someone like Rowoon?
I don’t feel like anyone would be genuine honestly😭
The thing is we all know them or how they present themselves so they've already exposed themselves pretty much. It would be interesting to see if anyone changed in how they deal with the opposite sex or if they're still the same.
I wonder if they have ever thought of doing a season of Single's Inferno where they invite past contestants back to mix with each other to find new connections or possibly love?
Mix up people from seasons 1 & 2 for example. Would anyone watch it?
I had the same vibe when I first started watching it! I think it's because they are both really good at articulating…
And they are both brains from the looks of it. Very smart with lots of schooling and some top notch career choices versus the usual model or beauty pageant gal.
With regards to Guan Hee's time to choose a mate, Minji got up first and then Ha-jeong walked over and of course they had a dramatic pause to milk it some more and with one last kick at the can the producers tried to suggest that Hyeseon might not get up but if you look closely you can see that Guan Hee breathed a sigh of relief when Hyeseon got up and started walking over to him.
And then after making comments one by one to each girl, he said to Hyeseon that he hoped that she wouldn't miss him too much and when he said that, I knew he was referring to the fact that he was going into heavy training for basketball so even though they're walking away from the show together he's going to be away from her for a little bit as they start off their new relationship ❤️
i dont mean this in a rude way but i genuninely think minkyu/habin thought hyeseon liked wonik. i dont think they…
Oh no, you're not being rude. You're giving your take in a nice manner. Thanks!
I think the whole thing to me is that they really either didn't like Gwan Hee because maybe they perceived him to be a ladies man since he's kind of famous so in essence he's a threat OR they're jealous of him so they're almost going to lengths no matter how small to sabotage him.
It's like I don't think either of them even looked twice at Hyeseon in a romantic way so I don't believe that they wanted her, it's more like they're playing these head games with Gwan Hee to screw with him but Hyeseon is getting caught in the crossfire.
If you go back and look/listen to their conversations in their room during some of the later episodes, you can see MinKyu shaking his head in agreement (like, ya that's what happened: WINK WINK) and then Habin is giving him back that look like "I love messing with him" .
I guess it's all open to interpretation but the more you watch it the more you pick up on stuff that you might not have noticed before.
