Busy at work today. Sorry if I replied a bit late to the comments.
I just want to make something very clear here one more time. We are here to state our thoughts and ideas, to discuss things. We may freely disagree and have different opinions.
However, if you keep on repeating your same thoughts and based on the language used, implying that others should follow your viewpoint or that our different opinions are not as good as yours, or not right, then that is NOT OK.
I appreciate all those who come here to comment, including even those who leave those harshly worded comments, but if you are here to stir things up and hurt others, then I cordially invite you to either a genuine dialogue, listen to each other’s viewpoints, or kindly leave the discussion site.
I don’t usually post this, but I am already at my limits.
Just want to add in a layer of insight for everyone, especially regarding the family side of things.
There is a possibility that Dissaya (Pran’s mum) and Ming (Pat’s dad) and their families could be drawn even further apart by Pat and Pran running away (assuming if they never return home).
This is something that Pat and Pran must have had in their mind (I always delve into their character - remember what I did for Pat and Pran POV in EP 10?)
They could be happy forever away from their family, making their own happiness as much as they want, on that beach or elsewhere. But, where does that lead them? They will have lingering regret in their hearts for the rest of their lives. That is not true happiness for me.
Going back home is a very difficult decision for them, but they made it because they know that they don’t want to be the reason to add yet another, even bigger reason to the family feud. Stealing scholarship is one thing, but imagine how Pat’s dad (and also mum now) and Pran’s mum (and dad as well) who may end up blaming each other even more because their respective sons stole the other away from their families?)
As long as the past lingering animosities are not yet cleared, it will not be a true happy end. Pat and Pran know that. Both of them cried in the end because of what they will have to endure. And I want to be there with them, supporting and cheering them up, in whatever they decide to do (which we’ll see in EP 12).
I already mentioned this before. Yes, they are still likely only around 19 or 20 max. In Thailand, people starts…
Asian family, Asian context. And the way this story is perceived, Pat and Pran really decided on what they (may) do, because they know that true love isn’t selfish. They can love each other and have all the time they had, but that isn’t what genuine true love is all about. Doing so will cause lingering bitterness if not continued division between the two families.
We have to believe that they will do what is necessary to bring about this healing, so they can have a truly happy end and a new beginning to their love story.
Finding true happiness takes time, and often it does not go the way we wanted or originally planned for.
I already mentioned this before. Yes, they are still likely only around 19 or 20 max. In Thailand, people starts…
Reality is always much more difficult than what we imagine them to be. Yes, they can easily continue to fight, but a lot of times, people have to retreat first at times, when times are not yet favourable, to plan carefully so that they can emerge victorious later on.
(I also think what you said above assumed too much of what may actually happen in EP 12. I suggest we refrain from speculating too much, and as you yourself said, it is probably just a clever trick to make us suspenseful for the finale, EP 12)
And I think you miss out entirely the point regarding gay people and all that, and how this series has portrayed it. I think basically everyone agrees that Bad Buddy takes place in a world where homosexuality isn't much a problem, and both their friends and families can accept this well. Pran's mum himself said that Pran can be with a guy too, if that's what he wanted, as long as not the boy next door (Pat).
Her issues are already mentioned in EP 10, and I think it's quite clear the main bone of contention is the lingering ill-feel between the two families. This will take time to heal. It does not magically just go away.

Am I the only one who loves time skips in dramas? I feel people are traumatized by dramas like IPYTM that they…
I already mentioned this before. Yes, they are still likely only around 19 or 20 max. In Thailand, people starts university around 18 years old. Second year means they should be around 19-20.
Even with a few years time jump (if it does happen), they will still be around 25 or so max. That would already be like 3 years after their graduation from university. By that time they would already have more leverage as they would be more financially independent by then, and within those years, many things could have changed.
The happiest endings won't be one where only Pat and Pran are happy, but where they are happiest, and their families and friends are also happy too, and for this reconciliation between the two families are essential. In Asian culture in particular, parental blessings and familial acceptance are very important.
Yes, there are things that only time can heal, including trauma and broken relationships, like what happened to both of their parents. Pat and Pran will do what they can to mend this. Their relationship will not only be as strong as it was before, but will be even stronger and more genuine as even time and distance cannot stop that.
And I also mentioned before, how (especially so in the BL world or other fictional stories, where happily ever after is a thing, plus considering average life expectancy in Thailand being around 78 years, and them being definitely in the upper class of society) those two will still have many, many decades (60, 70 or even 80 years) of consummating, enjoying and growing deeper in their love for one another, and with full acceptance from families and friends.
Given that context, then I don't think any of us should be disappointed/disliking this concept or way how the story may turn out (again, we won't fully know until EP 12). What is a few years of painful endurance compared to a lifetime of perfect happiness? I am sure Pat and Pran can go through those challenges.
Bad Buddy has exceeded 100 million views cumulative in YouTube across all eleven episodes as of this morning! It is likely just about an hour ago or so.
Current totals: 100,038,000 (rounded to the nearest thousand) Average per episode: 9,094,000
EP 11 meanwhile keeps on gaining views, it's now at 5,125,000 in total. Given that this is Sunday, it can still break through 6 million in 48 hours after release. Still the fastest ever among all the episodes.
As we all spent a lot of times thinking about what happened with EP 12 preview and all, can we spend at least a little moment to think, how would Pran have felt when he saw Pat shedding those tears as they stood before their house gates?
Pat's tears was amazing (that's Ohm's amazing portrayal of his emotions comparable to his performance in HCTM, and honestly, it was better, although it wasn't as long as in HCTM), and if I were Pran, my heart would have been broken to pieces. But similar to the feeling as we compare in parallel to the EP 10 ending when Pat saw Pran breaking down on the rooftop, it is indeed beautiful how they supported each other this way.
They didn't leave each other. They were always there for each other. Their hearts would always beat as one, no matter what.
(Just to let you all know that I will still post this weekly even after EP 12 next Friday - so anyone coming back here eventually will know how this series keeps on gaining viewers even after it completes airing next week. That's my promise to all of you, and to our favourite couple of all time, Pat and Pran.)
(I am sure there are still quite a few people out there who are still holding back to watch until they know the ending. And one day, if they do plan a special episode or movie or a season 2, I'll write a countdown here as well!)

Am rewatching EP 11 up to Part 4/4 before binge-watching from EP 1 tomorrow.
Pat: 'I don't think one man can change the world'
Later on, P'Tong:
'You might think that one man can't change the world, but I want you to know that this world can't change someone like me either.'
That's a foreshadowing, a reminder as just how Pat (and maybe Pran) think that they might not be able to change their families, but their families can't change their love for one another.
Hi all, some suggestions on what to do before EP 12 this coming Friday.
1. Listen to the new OST - Our Song (เพลงที่เพิ่งเขียนจบ) on loop (I'm already able to sing it quite well, just left the matter of memorising it by heart) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WoiUDjrz5po
2. I'll be binge-watching from EP 1 to EP 11 again, at least one time. Probably from Sunday night tomorrow till Friday I can watch at least two times the whole entire story. (Playlist for ease of watching EP 1 to EP 11: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLYYyUhZKiEj5_rzfoSNCcJQgtao9GIQFX)
Trust me, especially for #2, you'll not only heal your remaining sadness over EP 11, but it will help to elevate your experience for that most expected ending in EP 12 (or is it a new beginning? :D)
Hi all, all 4 parts of Bad Buddy in YouTube has reached 1 million views with Part 4/4 the last one to have reached (just this very moment).
Overall, it stands at over 4.55 million now. It is the fastest among all the 11 episodes of Bad Buddy! EP 12 will definitely break this for sure.
And I believe we'll cross 100 million for the entire series over tonight and latest by tomorrow morning! (Current total: Just over 99 million) Full stats update in 2 hours!
Hi all, I am perfectly fine if Pat and Pran gets back together after some time. It was really pragmatic and mature decision they made.
Not all love story is all fluff and imaginary. Bad Buddy may be a BL series, but it felt really real, grounded in real life issues, and that’s what elevated Bad Buddy above all other BL series and even non-BL series, past and present.
I am team Pat and Pran no breakup and also possibility that EP 12 preview is there to fool us, but everything is possible in EP 12, but whatever it is, I believe in ultimate happy (and happiest) ending for Pat and Pran, whether by EP 12, or by the second season if that’s what they planned.
I have faith in their love, the most genuine, realistic and beautiful love I have ever seen. Their love will stand the test of time.
Not only that they will have a happy ending, but the happiest ending because they get their families to reconcile, and maybe even Ming (Pat’s dad) and Dissaya (Pran’s mum) can become good friends again (and in-laws!).
If we have an ending where both of them stayed away from their families, then it wouldn’t have been a most wholesome happy ending. It is happy in some way yes, as they are happy with each other, but I am sure deep in their hearts, they would have constant hidden regret of having left their families behind and kept them divided forever without healing. Then it is somewhat more like a rather bittersweet ending just with a bit more sugar than usual.
