I guess they have a plan in place to tell their families they are "breaking up", only to graduate, be successful…
In the novel, Pat endured that separation and became successful in his own way, and used his position in his father's company to leverage the reconciliation between both families. He managed to win over Pran's father that way too.
(He didn't have the power and opportunity earlier on. With that he could do more. That is what I mentioned earlier also, how the separation in EP 11 was a tactical retreat in a way, for a greater final victory)
His father stepped down to be adviser and Pat took over the company management eventually.
It would be great if they had a season 2. Also, S2 could elaborate on the additional content that the author added…
They can always add more amazing new stories and possibilities. The ending in the book is not really an ending. It's the beginning of their relationship, having been fully accepted by everyone.
I want to see how the director, P'Aof and the screenwriters can elevate this by giving them an amazing story the way they had done with the series interpretation of the story (as compared to the novel) up to this point.
Ep 11 was actually the best, if no one of the best eps, of the series. Good acting, good story telling and emotional.…
You know why EP 5 4/4 has so many viewers. EP 9 3/4 too! :D
Yes, there is a need for us to watch everything in detail. What I am worried is some people only look for the story parts and pieces here and there, and end up missing the whole point about the story and character development.
May have to wait for EP 12 to say which one is truly the best :D
But my hunch is EP 12 will show us a most beautiful reconciliation for both families, fulfilment of love for Pat and Pran. It will be a beautiful happy ending, and a new beginning.
Season 2 to me is much needed, to give Pat and Pran the times they had lost to be openly happy being with each other (note - no cheating needed). They will prove us that season 2 can be good and happy for them, where their usual couple bickering is enough to make us feel happy and wholesome about their love.
And for InkPa and WaiKorn shippers, it is the place and time for them to further explore their relationship. It's better rather than making a spin-off based on them (just my opinion). That is why they haven't gone to a full bloom relationship yet, especially for WaiKorn (I support both InkPa and WaiKorn too!)
can anyone clarify the time skip?? how long is it?! after they've graduated they'll meet again?😵🤨
If you consider that they were in year 2 at EP 11, then it probably about 2 years. Not too bad!
The separation in YNEH (which EP 11 somewhat reminded me of), was 30 over years and much more bittersweet in the end. For BB we have yet to know the true end.
From the looks of ep 12 preview, they are going their separate ways until they meet again after 1 year or so and…
It can definitely happen that way, the difference being IPYTM has cheating as part of the plot, while Bad Buddy isn't. To me, BB is more wholesome that way. No unnecessary drama to complicate the love story.
If they did break up (ep 12 preview was kinda vague) then Ep 11 'curse' was definitely not broken. Parents disagreeing/having…
Yes, but to me, it has been broken in some form. The curse itself is a trope, and the director and screenwriter had elevated the story and characters above that trope with their choice of EP 11 ending.
So in the novel sex-wise it was clearly a PatPran, but in Ep 11 for their first time P’Aof changed it to PranPat,…
I'll put them as PP instead. No top or bottom for them, just as no husband or wife for them. And versatility is a thing, and that's what Pat and Pran are. :D
I thought they would bring the going home/confronting the family scene up in this episode, but it looks like they're…
I am sure EP 12 will be the longest of all the episodes. I won't rule it out. It happened for some other series as well. There's time for that.
To me, their temporary separation (I am very sure of that) is very beautiful and meaningful story wise. They'll wrap it up wonderfully. Fingers crossed.
And there you go, the curse of episode 11 In every freaking bl. For a second i really thought we were safe with…
The EP 11 curse is 'broken' - they parted ways not because of misunderstandings/cheatings/unnecessary drama.
And Bad Buddy #2 is never trust the previews - if the preview did not look good, it most likely means otherwise, it means the truth is that it will be very good and satisfying end!

That's what made Pat and Pran dynamics so beautiful, even through to the end of EP 11.

Everyone, please have a good rest tonight. Wait for EP 12 ok? Let's ride this wave together.
Believe in Pat and Pran. I have faith in them.

The new OST (Our Song)
In case if you haven't seen it yet!
