I am in the minority. I think this was necessary for them. They couldn't continue being together knowing that…
Yes, it's realistic, and what I like is the time skip isn't that long a period, and realistically, being positive, as I mentioned earlier in one comment, they still have a lifetime to love one another as much as they want should they come back together (regardless whether they actually broke up or not).
Even at that reunion, they would be no more than 25 at most. Based on average life expectancy in Thailand now and theirs definitely not the average, they can have at least 60, 70 or even 80 years more to go, assuming they stay healthy (this is BL world anyway)
One thing that I was hurt with the time skip in Your Name Engraved Herein is how they were separated for 30 years, and even one of them got married and have kids. It was realistic but even more painful. So comparatively, Pat and Pran separation isn't too bad.
Let me share you a theory that i thought about to make you guys feel better Both Pat and Pran are not the one…
They always fooled us with the preview, so that's why, as you said, let's not overthink things. And as you said, EP 12 will show us that in truth, EP 11 curse is definitively broken.
They never broke up, and I don't think they break up for real. We'll see next Friday.
No problem. The series version feud is definitely fixable, I've got some thoughts of how it will turn out, but I have faith in the screenwriters and director. And of course for Ohm and Nanon for delivering it to the max!
Pat's family and Pran's family had a business misunderstanding, and during the Asian Financial Crisis, both families were seriously affected, and Pat's family suffered worse.
Pat's grandpa likely committed suicide with a gun, and Pat's dad almost did so too, if not for Pat's mum having Pat (she was pregnant then). Pat's family blamed their misfortune on Pran's family, and this was the root of their long feud.
I know many of you are feeling down at the moment because of the ending of EP 11 and EP 12 preview. We are all feeling just like what Pat felt in EP 8.
Let me send all of you a virtual hug. A tight virtual hug. We are all in this together!
Please have a good sleep and rest. You need that energy to wait another 7 days to EP 12.
Okay,I loved this series because it was breaking so many toxic bl tropes. The characters of Pat and Pran are so…
Preview is always ever misleading, that is a golden rule for Bad Buddy, so don't worry too much about it. All the more it confirms to me that EP 12 won't end in an unsatisfactory way.
The screenwriters are just toying with us every episode this way. That's how we have been kept at edge for all these episodes so far, thinking of what will happen next.
Happy cut for EP 11 - watch up to Part 4 12:00 or so and then stop, skip to the ending credits (don't watch the preview)
I just want to point out that EP 11 is actually a very happy one. We shouldn't let the way it 'ended' affect the rest of the episode and how we perceive it. Be hopeful for the future yet to come.
If Pat and Pran can pretend to be enemies. Then I don't see why they can't pretend to break up either (This is not your traditional break-up). That is painful for both of course, but their love for each other remains strong as usual.
Hi all, Bad Buddy EP 11 has been viewed almost 1.5 million times across the four parts in YouTube.
Considering how the subtitle glitched earlier (the live viewership for Part 2 to 4 were half of the usual), this was amazing as it's actually the fastest so far to reach that level in the same time frame.
Correction: It's now more than 1.5 million (after just 5 more minutes)
Rather than a break up, i feel like they understand that they cant be together for now? Like, they know their…
They were still young after all right? Based on their year, they were only about to turn 20 back in EP 11. Even just after they graduate, it would be just around 22 at the most (or 23 if the reunion mentioned in EP 12 preview happens the year after they graduate).
That's still a very long future to look forward to. They still have a long life of most wonderful happiness if everything turns out to be good.
Barring anything else, if both live healthily, they can easily live beyond 80 years old (Thailand average life expectancy is probably around 77-78 years now and given their economic status and all, they easily can get quite much more than that). That's at least 60 years of living together and being happy together.
(Pat and Pran are one of the most realistic couples I have seen anywhere, and so much so I ended up thinking what I wrote above)
Sorry for overanalysing things! My bad habit here. Just being positive and try to spread hope amidst the angst people may be feeling.
I sincerely hope that the earlier rumour about you working for/at GMMTV is true at this moment because I want…
Sorry that it's not true XD. Haha
If only I'm the boss and I can change the story. But I really like the story the way it is, as painful as it may be to watch. For now... I can't wait for next Friday to come!
Same here, P'Hitted too close to the home again 😭😭😭BTW please take care!Sending hugs and strength your…
We can always continue to regularly visit this space and leave comments once in a while. And I do hope for a quality season 2 to come, so we can have Bad Buddy Safe Space 2.0 there too!
"You never leave me. You always fight alongside me" This line from Pat hints to me that if the preview is really…
Yes, a tactical retreat. It's what I have been saying in my earlier posts. A temporary retreat to bide their time. Is it painful for them? Of course!
But if they have loved each other so much. I am sure they can do that! As you mentioned, the OST just basically showed it to us. It doesn't make sense otherwise.

That's the best we can do for now. Bad Buddy has always delivered all these while, and it will do the same next Friday too.

7 more days, everyone. Please stay strong.

I think that's all I want to add again for tonight. Believe in their love, always.
I think in fact I should make it into a hashtag

Rest well please. Share with us your feelings and discuss once you are well rested and ready!
EP 11 ending: A planned, tactical retreat for a final, future, most wholesome victory.
(A king/general who failed to plan, loses the war. But planning often requires time, hard work and also, many tears and sweat)
No spoilers here. Go and watch!
