Bad Buddy is turning 90 million views total in YouTube this hour. Currently it is just about 15,000 views away from 90 million.
Average per episode is already approaching A Tale of Thousand Stars which was aired a year ago (currently about 9.6 million per episode for A Tale of Thousand Stars)
Based on the trend, we will reach 100 million after EP 11 on 14 Jan 2022 (which was supposed to be the finale airing date). By that Saturday or Sunday, we should reach it.
Regarding Bad Buddy season 2, I know a lot of us are apprehensive due to the long history of SS2s never delivering their worth and are terrible (which I agree based on a lot of experience watching all of those).
But to me, I personally wants Bad Buddy 2 if it gives us more of Pat and Pran (paired with Ohm and Nanon's excellent portrayal of them), their sweetness, bickering and more, but as long as they do not include the usual tropes like cheating and all (I trust P'Aof won't do this, if he does a second season).
So, let's give them a chance to prove other series' season 2 wrong by breaking yet another stereotype/fact that season 2/sequel is terrible for BL series.
And regarding schedule, just like I don't think Still 2gether was planned by GMMTV earlier on, but was released like literally within 3-4 months of the first season finale, then I won't rule out a second season/sequel/at least a special episode or movie of Bad Buddy to be released in later part of 2022.
(Yes, busy season for GMMTV and Ohm and Nanon aside, they can always make way for Bad Buddy, given its current immense popularity)
Looking at EP 11 preview again, I can't help but feel happy (from the number of clothes they wear), how it is implied that they were there on the beach area they went during the summer camp for quite some time.
It must have been very sweet and happy time for them, to recover from their heartbreak at the revelation of their parents' feud story.
I happen to see some post regarding (again) Ohm being the target on Twitter. Thanks for sharing in the first place, but let's not add in to the baseless speculation and all those tweets by irresponsible people who want to try to discredit the actors, Ohm or otherwise for their own (likely selfish) purposes.
This is not something new for those working in the entertainment industry, but honestly, I don't think that after they have delivered such a stellar performance, Ohm and Nanon (and especially Ohm) deserved all these.
I mentioned below how I am usually a good judge of character by just looking at the way the person behave/talk/their body language even on the very first impression, and I am usually almost always correct as proven by further interactions, and from whatever he did, from the way he talk (even if it's acting) I know that Ohm is a good person.
Is he perfect? Of course not. No one in this world is perfect. But I don't think he is a liar/doing things only for money/fame/influence. He may be only 21 (Nanon too), but Ohm (and Nanon) are definitely better people and more mature than quite a few of much older people I have encountered in life before.
I myself am only in my early thirties, but I have had quite a few encounter with people (especially superiors) who are very terrible people who are either manipulative, lacking in empathy, selfish, or combination of all those. And they are all way older than Ohm and Nanon, and older than me, supposedly the more mature ones, but they are not.
(This sadly mimics how their characters behave in Bad Buddy too, as Pat and Pran showed us that they are much more mature and rational than their parents, including Pat's mum and Pran's dad who also helped to fuel the feud by their inaction)
Let's do what we can if we see those posts in Twitter, firstly not to share, and then to stop engaging with those tweets. They obviously seek people's attention, and the more we feed their attention, the more they'll do it.
"ongoing hate for Ohm" who? where? Did I miss something? :O
I think you are speculating a bit too much with the comment there. No offense, just my opinion.
I don't feel that Ohm seems to be doing things for the money or are doing things that you mentioned. Is he a perfect guy? Of course not, but he is a good guy. I am usually a good judge of character by seeing the way they talk, act and more, even just after a short first impression, and I am very confident that Ohm is a good person.
And lastly, I don't think we should continue to mention this nonexistent issue about Ohm. It is just going to feed whoever is trying to discredit him for whatever (usually selfish purposes).
I'm going to sleep. Had a long week last week and another long day today. Wishing everyone here a good night's rest (or if it's still early in your place, a good day). Just less than 4 more days to EP 11.
Just a brief stats update, we'll cross 90 million total views in YouTube by early part of tomorrow (It's almost 89.5 million now). EP 10 is still doing very well with almost 5.8 million views just within 3 days of airing.
But happy that he had the chance to go for the outing at the beach with his father one last time before he passed away.

Sharing this again. May he rest in peace.
Found this reaction video! Maybe his style won't appeal to you, but how many of us literally behave the way he does when we were watching? :D
I cracked at the moment he mentioned, 'Wait, is the father the beauty queen?' XD)

P’Aof’s father passed away just over a week ago just over the New Year. It must have been very sad time for him.
Let’s pray for his dad in our own way, in our own respective beliefs. Our thoughts go to P’Aof and his family.

Really going to sleep now!
