I love Qin Lang !
yes ... they all have some kind of ... problematic behaviours, unable to communicate, to ask for proper consent, to explain how they feel, to not think for someone else, to not hide things ... plus crazy family.
But somehow ... I really think it's a good drama. Like, tbh from an outsider point of view it's a loooooooooot of many bad and worst decision but in some aspects, some decision, I am pretty sure if you are in what is happening we are all prone to do those bad decisions ... (to some extent ... ) showing a cold shoulder instead of listening, having misplaced pride when you would need a good listening and understanding, running away whwen you should be strong, hiding your thoughts, bein moody, being hypocrite and overall being scared of being hurt, being left ...
It's a whole mess but every now and then I feel that it's very much what life is like. And somehow I don't agree but to some extent I even understand Lu Feng ... But will still keep on defending Little Yi Chen (I just need to come up with a very good excuse for the terrible idea to pair his crush with his brother ... stupidest nonsens ever XDD )

Love is Blind maybe ?
Qin Lang is indeed super great ... he can raed between the lines each time Yi Cheng (young one) is being insecure (... because as for me it's him being insecure) and I have to admit that Qin Lang is part of the reason why I like Little Yi Cheng.
But from my perspective (who has not read the novel) he loves his brother and his possessive over him. But also I can get why he is not enthousiast about Lu Feng. The guy is accused of murder, got his brother kicked out of school, got the whole family upside down (because of the mom). From the reaction of his mom (and probably all their education) he get that being with a guy is very wrong.
Then Lu Feng keep on making his brother miserable. If I was him I might not voice it as much but I would certainly ask my sibbling if he/she doesn't want to give it a second thought.
Lu Feng keeps on messing up and coming back ... at some point it's normal that little Yi Cheng feels like the same experiment will always comes up to the same result (it being a miserable miserable big Yi Cheng)
But love is blind, so goes for Yi Cheng one going back to Lu Feng ... actually it can probably applies to all the character and me there XDD
(I still ponder on reading the novel, is there any decent translation ? )

I think ... I think ... in the book the brother is a catastrophy. In the drama I see him as clingy, but with a caring heart for his brother and a scared heart concerning love. So I just want him to be happy with Qin Lang.
But everyone who read the novel seems to have a strong disliking of the brother. XD
anyway, I love the fact that I have no idea where we are heading to !!! 💕
OMG, I had no idea what I was signing for. Everything is just getting worst and worst . And when it's one step ahead then right after we're up for 5 steps backward.
It's intereseting I can somehow understand how Lu Feng is getting there and yet it's obvious he's going from one bad decision to the next worst.

From the start I got that it wouldn't be ... earth shakingly good. (to say the least) ANd from the start as for me I get what I was expecting. As for me, from ep 1 it's ... average. Could be worst though. But yes ... I get why it can be disappointing.

yes to all that. 3 couples are two much Out of the three the Gcp is the one I feel the less into ... couldn't find interest in theier story. ANd ... yes ... some tantrums seem to get out of nowhere. XD

💕 ZhouZhou has so beautiful features ! (I hope he never let anyone convince him he has to undergo any surgery ! he's so very perfect like this ! )
Theeeen ... I really really enjoy this drama ! ANd this week episode shows a lot of progress in the story ... it's getting closer ! NC scene ... am I the only one who couldn't prevent themself to think : long hair can be beautiful but it also seems like a bit complicated to handle ... 😌
💕 But still, I really love the dynamic between Yin Zhou and Zi Ming ... it's really not healthy, yet, they seem to be exactly what each other needs. And plus it's interesting to have the vilain being a bit more complex and not only wrong on every level ... carrying anger and revengeful means and still having this softness showing up every now and then when Zi Ming is here. 💕 Nicely written !
In my scenario Oab and Mond get together ... just because I like those actors and I was mostly here to give a look at what Mond is doing. 😺 (Not sure I will stay since I am not really a fan of Tay or New but I have to say, having a look at ep. 1 I felt like New is getting more and more handsome as he grow older.)

hmmm for the longest time after untamed I couldn't go back to historical BL and recently haven't been much into historical drama ... but with this drama I went back into it.
I really have a big crush on this drama at the moment !
I might not be a 100% legit historical BL drama dedicated fan but defenitely I enjoy that show ! It's smarter than ... not all but certainly a lot of BL.
Hope qe qill have more (with a little extra budget for costume and wigs)
