Recently, Taiwan drama I've watched are very exiting for the first half (more or less) and then it drops into ... not horrible but just not that interesting.

It's a mystery ...

Can we list all the clichés already included in the drama ? 😅

The writing in this week episode wasn't exactly subtle...

... I'm happy I didn't read it. Feel like spoiler material just with your synopsis's synopsis XD

*nod* She's a bit on the "I'm cute and frilly" type but ...
I would say for me too ... She's just a girl trying to get along with brother's BF ...
Maybe when you know that there is a story between her BF and Shen Mo it feels a bit inapropriate to ask for help to chose a gift but she doesn't know.
I think she's okay. I even actually hope they will spare her to much suffering. She's just in love with her childhood crush.

I honestly can tell I don't know the story (if there is a novel I haven't read) but please no spoil. I was told it would again be a bit toxic and tbh, I am quite confident there will be at least a lack of communication between 2 or 3 characters. And the first two episodes there is sadly one kid who was so messed up that he lost all self estime and I don't know what "deal" he was offered but there is at least suffering for one or 2 of the 2 ...

... I'd rather get myself ready ... hopefully I will be wrong.

I think it was good ... maybe a few "I saw that coming" or maybe a "just say it" moment

But oh my ... the photography.
Especially that last episode. Really beautiful image and color.

To be honest I was putting story at the background and just watching the tone and colors and angles.

(anyway, I still think the story was nice and pace mostly well managed. It felt gentle with a little hopelessness to overcome)

For the little one in the wood … it broke my heart.

Nonetheless, I found the first episodes interesting … but bracing myself for unhealthyness 😂

Anyone else having the feeling that, since Serizawa feels it would be more romantic for the kiss to happen naturaly but because Suzuki mentionned that hte "can I kiss you ? " question should be asked first, Serizawa comes up with the rehearsal first, asked if Suzuki thinks it would be okay this way and since Suzuki say yes ... then he makes it happen naturally ?

Or is it me overthinking ?

But I like to see it that way. It feels smart !

It's something they made up for the drama there is no BL with the title mentionned in the drama ( in Japanese "深海と星" deep sea and stars ... )

hmmmm should rewatch ep. 01 but I remembered also that he came to Suzuki just out of nowhere but there was an agenda ... he maybe found the book by chance but that was just the excuse he was waiting for.

As for me it is different to a point that I can say, though I didn't hated the school trip I really didn't enjoy it but ... then I still like this one.

I like the relationships balance better here.

Interesting that it is so similar for some.

I've read somewhere there should be a season 2 for school trip.
(I somehow hope we'll have a season 2 here also but I doubt it)

Was it really 'just practice" for both of them ?
The way I saw that is Serizawa would sell it as a "date practice" but would enjoy it as if it was real. Probably he wasn't sure he could take his chance up to that kiss but I sincerely think he was hoping for it somewhere in his heart.

It is cute ... and I was worried it would be full on too fluffy and stupid but somehow it just feels happy and nice.

(I really like Takeuichi character too)

'a Winter sun" ... I lost track at some point watching this drama and *spoiler spoiler spoiler* somehow was too sad for me but the way it's shot is very very unique and poetic.

It's always a letdown when you see it's AI made
