Thank you for explaining. I was wondering, as have no ideas what are criteria to get it to wider international audiences. For some of the Chinese drama I really like, I also follow IMDb, and this one had at some point 8.9 rating there (which I think is very high for IMDb) and now dropped to 8.4 https://m.imdb.com/title/tt26732356/. I just want the thing to get to Netflix, and if higher Douban rating is what is needed for it, so be it. By the way I am liking with double thumbs up this kind of stories on Netflix itself, so they see a demand growing gif it (its a two way street, isnāt it, offer and demand š).
